Notification released for Admission into 5th Class in All AP Social Welfare / AP Tribal Welfare Educational Institutions Admissions Notification / AP Residential/ Mahatma Jyothibha Pule AP Backward Classes Welfare REsidential Institutions for the Academic Year 2019-20 through APGPCET 2019. Details of the Notification of APGPCET 2019 is given below. These are the Gurukula / Residential Institutions in which admissions are offered in V Class through APGPCET 2019

BALAYOGI GURUKULAMS
(A.P. Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions)

Admission for V Class of (182) SW Residential Schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
List of institutions is enclosed at Annexure-A

Eligibility Criteria for admission: 

  • a) SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2005 to 31.08.2009.
  • b) OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2007 to 31.08.2009.
  • c) During the year 2017-18 candidates must be studying 4th class in a Government school or in a school recognized by Govt .of A.P.
  • d) The parental income should not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum as per the latest income certificate issued by the Competent authority
  • e) The students are eligible to apply for admission in their native district only. The Native District of the candidate means the place where the student studied for a period of two years in Class 3rd & 4th i.e. during 2016-17 & 2017-18 in schools recognized by Govt .of A.P. or native place as certified by the competent authority.


Reservation followed:

  • a)The reservation pattern in all the institutions will be SC-75%, SC Converted Christians -12%, ST-6%, BC-5% and others – 2%.
b). Spl.Categories:
  • i) 15% of seats in APSWR Schools in every caste group are reserved for the children who are withdrawn from Hazardous industries, bonded labour, Jogins, Basavins, Victims of Atrocities, Orphans due to natural calamities, Rape victims, Children of Armed Personnel.
  • ii) 3% of total seats are reserved for Physically Challenged children. 
  • The left over vacancies in any category will be filled by SC Candidates as per merit.

A.P. Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions:

Admission in V Class of (35) TW Residential Schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
The institution-wise seats available for Boys & Girls are available in the Annexure-B

Eligibility Criteria for admission:
  • a) SC/ST should have born between 01.09.2005 and 31.08.2009. 
  • b) BC/OC Candidates should have born between 01.09.2007 and 31.08.2009 
  • c) During the year 2017-18 candidates must be studying 4th class in a Government school or in a school recognized by Govt.of A.P. 
  • d) The annual Income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum as per the latest income certificate issued by the Competent authority. 
  • e) The students are eligible to apply for admission in their native district only. The Native District of the candidate means the place where the student studied for a period of two years in Class 3rd & 4th i.e. during 2015-16 & 2016-17 or native place as certified by the competent authority. 
Reservation followed:
  • 78% of seats reserved for ST community including PTGs, OC (2%), BC(5%),SC (12%), and AEQ(3%). 

MJPAP Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions:

Admissions in V Class of (41) MJPAP Backward Classes Welfare Residential Schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
  1. The institution-wise seats available for Boys & Girls are shown in the Annexure-C. In certain schools, the students of other districts also eligible for admission. Girls of East Godavari District are eligible for admission in Tanam School (Visakhapatnam District), Girls of Krishna District are eligible for admission in Narsapuram School (West Godavari District) and Boys of YSR Kadapa District are eligible for admission in Srisailam School (Kurnool District) as indicated in Seat Matrix. (Annexure-C) 

Reservation followed:
a) For BC Residential Schools:
  • The reservation pattern will be EBC/OC-2%, BC-A -20%, BC-B -28%, BC-C -3%, BC-D -19%, BC-E -4%, SC – 15%, ST-6%, orphans – 3%. 
b) For Fishermen Schools:
  • The reservation pattern will be EBC/OC-1%, BC-A -7%, BC-B -10%, BC-C -1%, BC-D -7%, BC-E -4%, SC – 15%, ST-6%, orphans – 3%. Children of FisherMen-46% 
  • The left over vacancies in any category will be filled by BC Candidates as per merit.

Admissions in V Class of (50) Andhra Pradesh Residential Schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
The institution-wise seats available for Boys & Girls are shown in the Annexure-D. In certain schools, the students of other districts also eligible for admission.
  • a) SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2005 to 31.08.2009. 
  • b) OC / BC should have born between 01.09.2007 to 31.08.2009. 
  • c) During the year 2017-18 candidates must be studying 4th class in a Government school or in a school recognized by Govt .of A.P. 
  • d) The parental income should not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum as per the latest income certificate issued by the Competent authority 
  • e) The students are eligible to apply for admission in their native district only. The Native District of the candidate means the place where the student studied for a period of two years in Class 3rd & 4th i.e. during 2016-17 & 2017-18 in schools recognized by Govt .of A.P. or native place as certified by the competent authority. 
  • f) BC and OC students belonging to Rural areas are eligible for admission into General Res.Schools. Urban area students are not eligible. There is no restriction for SC, ST and Minority students.

The reservation pattern in all the General institutions is as follow:
  • OC/EBC- 41  BCA- 7, BCB-10, BCC-1, BCD- 7 & BCE-4 SC-15, S.T-6, PHC-3, ORPH-3, Children of Armed person -3 
  • Reservation followed in Minority AP Residential Institutions Minority-73, SC-15, S.T-6 PHC-3, ORPH-3(Minority)

Submission of Application

  1. a) All the students who are seeking admission into class V in APSWR/ APTWR/ APREIS / MJPAPBCWR Institutions for the year 2019-2019 should apply online through website apgpcet.apcfss.in from any internet center (or) at help desk of any APSWR Institution / APTWR Institution /APREI/ MJPAPBCWR Institution from 22. 02.2018 to 20.03.2018 
  2. b) The student should clearly mention the school in which he/she wants to join i.e., APSWR / APTWR / APREIS / MJPAPBCWR while submitting the application. 
  3. c) There is no registration fee for submission of application. 
  4. d) The student should mention clearly the school opted in the on line application through online. 
  5. e) The candidates are responsible for any wrong entries made during the submission of applications through online. No corrections will be entertained/taken into consideration once Hall Tickets are generated and at the time of admission. The candidates may apply another application with correct information for generating Hall tickets. 
Hall ticket:
The applicants can take print out of hall ticket after submission of the application and the same has to be produced at the examination center for his/her personal identification.

Procedure of selection:
  • a) Admission will be given as per merit obtained in APGPCET (Common Entrance Test)-2019. 
  • b) District wise Merit List will be prepared separately for boys and girls. 
  • c) As per the option of the student, seat will be allotted as per the merit and school opted. 
  • d) The student may be opted more than one school as per choice. 
  • e) The Convener/Co-coordinator has right to reject the admission, if the candidate is found ineligible or the information furnished online application is found wrong. 
  • f) If same rank is secured by more than one candidate then priority will be given to the student of higher age. If the age is also found same, then priority will be given to the student with higher marks in Maths. If the age and Marks secured in Maths is also found same, then marks obtained in Environmental Science will be taken into consideration. 
Date of Admission test and other details:
  • a) The test will be held on 08.04.2019 from 11.00 A.M. to 01.00 P.M. for maximum marks of 50 
  • b) Admission test will be held in the subjects’ viz., Telugu, English, Mathematics and Environmental Science based on the State Syllabus of class IV of A.P. State Government. 
  • c) The questions will be in objective type (Multiple Choice Questions) and will be in English/Telugu/Urdu Medium. Test will be conducted in the selected centers of the district. 
  • d) The students may choose any one of the center as per their convenience in the State.. 
  • e) The examination centers are shown in Annexure-E 
  • f) The scheme of APGPCET 2019 (Common Entrance Test) is mentioned as under:
