Technical Teachers Certificate 42 Days Training Course - Admission Details

I wish to inform you that with the Press / Media Note under reference cited, the date of commencement of 42 days Technical Teacher's Certificate (Practical) Summer Training Course to be held at Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Guntur, YSR Kadapa & Ananthapuramu from 22-06-2020 to 02-08-2020 in the following Trades.

  • Therefore, the DEOs concerned are requested to appoint a Course Director incharge and sufficient Instructors to the trades concerned. Classes will commence from 9.45 AM to 4.45 PM with lunch break of 1 hour daily.
  • Further, I request you to follow the instructions given below at the time of admission of the candidates into the course concerned. 
  • a) Course has to be commenced on 22-06-2020 and shall be conducted for 42 days continuously i.e., up to 02-08-2020 with Duration of 6 Weeks allowing a week for initiation & examinations etc.. 5 working weeks of 6 days and 6 periods per day = 180 periods of 50 minute duration each. 
The following are the details of Subjects and Periods:

  • b) Candidates have to apply online from 05-06-2020 at 05.00 PM to 15-06-2020 at 05.00 PM through www.bseap.org 
  • c) Candidates shall be approached the DEO concerned along with Downloaded Application form, attested copies of Uploaded documents & original Certificates of Educational & Technical Qualification. 
  • d) List of Admitted candidates shall be announced by the DEOs concerned on 20th June, 2020
  • e) No admission shall be considered after 20-06-2020. 
  • f) The candidates who desire to take admission into the course shall complete 18 years of age as on 01-06-2020 and shall not cross the age of 45 years.
  •  g) The candidate shall possess the SSC Pass certificate along with Technical qualification prescribed for the course concerned as per the existing instructions. 
  • h) Candidates shall be given admission to the course in the Trade in which he/she has possessed the Certificate concerned.
  • i) Candidates having certificate in Carnatic Music (VOCAL) shall only be given admission into Carnatic Music. Candidates having certificates in Instrumental Music shall NOT be considered for admission under any circumstances
  • j) Candidates shall be given relieving certificate at the end of the completion of the course. For Carnatic Music Trade candidates shall be mentioned as Carnatic Music (vocal) only, as the examination will be conducted in VOCAL only.
  • k) Final Theory Examinations will be conducted in Lower Grade only. Candidates who are having higher grade certificates (TCC) in the concerned trade and passed TTC (lower) theory have to apply for conversion into higher grade. 
  • For additional information, the Course Incharge can contact in office timings i.e. from 10.00 AM to 05.30 PM to the mobile no's of 91770 02464, 91770 02451 & 99080 83660 of concerned DCGE, ACGE & Superintendent in the Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Amaravati, respectively. 
  • m) Recognition have been accorded by the S.B.T.E.T. for the private industrial Training Institutes up to 1998 only and no recognition has been given later. In view of the above, candidates possessing certificates issued in 1998 and prior to that year from private industrial training Institutes shall only be given admission. 
  • n) Candidates belong to other states who are seeking admission into the Course shall take prior permission from the Director of Government Examinations duly enclosing their Original Certificates for verification. The permission letter have to be uploaded and submitted along with all other documents. 0) Out of the State candidates who posses Academic/Technical Certificates issued by the Boards/ Institutes other than Andhra Pradesh and who are seeking admission into the Course, shall take prior permission from the Director of Government Examinations duly enclosing their Original Certificates for verification. The permission letter have to be uploaded and submitted along with all other documents.
Certain instructions towards implementation of the COVID - 19 norms : 
  • p) The venue for training center shall be selected and sections shall be formed based on the strength duly following the Physical Distance of 4 feet between trainee to trainee. 
  • q) While selecting the venue for training centers, schools where Quarantine centers are being run shall be avoided. 
  • r) Permission shall be taken from the Collector and the Superintendent of Police for the attendance of Trainees as well as Course Director/Incharge & Instructors, if necessary. 
  • s) All precautionary measures shall be followed towards COVIO-19.
I request you to adhere to the above instructions while making admissions into the Training course and monitor the entire training programme from admission to till completion of course for proper conduct the same with the assistance of Assistant Commissioner for Govt. Exams concerned.

Further, I request you to furnish the name of venue & address, name of the Course Incharge, trade wise no. of Instructors along with their mobile no.s & trade wise no. of candidates admitted immediately.

I also request you to give vide publicity in Print media & Electronic media to enable the eligible candidates to avail the opportunity while informing the Venue of Training centre for the convenience of the candidates concerned.
