JVK-2 Jagananna Vidya Kanuka 2021-22 Instructions to HMs to Receive JVK-2 Material

Sub:-AP Samagra Shiksha – Jagananna Vidya Kanuka (JVK) 2021-22 – Receiving the material from the L1 suppliers – Certain instructions – Issued. Ref:- G.O Ms No 21 dated 10.03.2021.

All the District Educational Ofcers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in AP are informed that Jagananna Vidya Kanuka (JVK) during 2021-22 is finalized and work orders were issued for supply of uniform materials to 670 Mandal and other items to 4034 complexes in 13 districts.
In this regard, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in AP are directed to issue the following instructions to the Mandal Educational Officers and all Headmasters of school complex for receiving the material from the supplying agencies as the dispatch has started.
  • To verify whether the material received is in good condition.
  • To verify whether the specifications of the goods received are as per specifications given in the annexure.
  • To verify the number of items received in every parcel.
  • To sort the items received as per the siie and class.
  • To record in the stock register after receiving the material from the agency.
  • After verification of stocks received, the Delivery challan shall be signed and give to driver/ person related to the supplier.
  • If any damages are noticed, the entire lot may be rejected and the same may be informed to MEO/DEO.
  • Any discrepancies occurred may be immediately intimated to the higher authorities over phone and mail.
  • To sort the items received as per the size and class.
  • To designate a room in the school complex for storing the items received.
  • The identified room should be rainproof/damage proof/ pest proof and should have lock and key system. The material should be properly stored until the delivery to the schools and delivery to the students are completed.
  • Updates, grievances and complaints on JVK-2 stock dispatch, quality and distribution may be sent to the mobile number- 9154294169. 
  • The HM of the complex school shall know the details of the schools attached to his/her complex school and also should know the details of the material to be distributed to each of the associated school.
  • Further, the details of 4034 Schools complexes and 670 MRCs shared with the suppliers are herewith enclosed for reference and confirmation also. In addition to that, sample pieces submitted by supplier is also being sent to the districts for reference and quality confirmation. A separate login will be created for the receiving schools for timely update of stocks despatched and received.
Hence, all the DEOs and APCs are hereby requested to monitor the supply of JVK material to the delivery points and ensure that the prestigious program of the Education department is implemented properly as per the instructions given from time to time.
