In view of the permission accorded by the Government vide reference cited, the following powers are delegated to the School Complex Headmasters with immediate effect for smooth functioning for the time being until further orders.
1. Grant of Casual Leave/Special Casual Leave (Special Casual Leave when permitted by the Government) for the Head Masters and teachers working in Primary & Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex.
In view of the permission accorded by the Government vide reference cited, the following powers are delegated to the School Complex Headmasters with immediate effect for smooth functioning for the time being until further orders.
1. Grant of Casual Leave/Special Casual Leave (Special Casual Leave when permitted by the Government) for the Head Masters and teachers working in Primary & Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex.
2. Drawing & Disbursing Officer for the staff working in Primary & Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex.
3. All such leaves shall be granted in the online software system provided and only in a situation where online system is inaccessible shall an offline sanction be made, but it shall be updated online at the earliest opportunity.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take immediate action for communication of these orders to the School Complex Headmasters, MEOs, Deputy Director of District Treasury Office and Sub Treasury Officers in the District and ensure strict compliance.
