ORDER 
  • All the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers, Principals of DIETs, Academic Monitoring Officers, Mandal Educational Officers, Key Resource Persons, State Resource Persons and District Resource Persons in the state are hereby informed that we are all aware of the social distancing and self quarantine which is mandated at present in the wake of Covid-19. They are further informed that it is proposed to conduct second Comprehensive Learning enhancement program (CLEP) to all teachers through Webinar and ‘ABHYASA’ self- learning app from 4-5-2020 to 22-5-2020. 
  • In view of the new curricular reform carried out and new textbooks designed, there is an increased demand from the teaching community for training on New Curriculum. Hence in continuation of the CLEP program, a second Comprehensive Learning enhancement program is hereby arranged for the Teaching community, which includes Live Webinar series, followed by self- assessment in Abhyasa Self Learning App. Relevant learning materials, offline Videos and Online Tests will be posted in Abyasa app. Hence all the Teachers in the State are hereby requested to download the State app ‘ABHYASA’ and follow the instructions issued hereunder scrupulously.
  • All DEOs are requested to inform all teachers to download the ‘ABHYASA’ self- learning app which is available in google playstore. Their login will be the Treasury ID and password is abc@123. Those who could not login can send their list to their AMOs who will compile and send the list for creating login and password.
  • All DEOs will be the administrative incharge to conduct this digital training and DIET principals will be the course monitoring officer. Attendance of Teachers teaching classes 1-6 are mandatory and for remaining class teachers it is optional.
  • All the Key Resource Persons are responsible for their respective Districts under the supervision of DIET principals and DEOs. SRPS should form a WhatsApp group with the DRPS mapped to them. DRPs should form a group with the Teachers mapped to them. All KRPS, SRPs and DRPs also to participate in the Webinar and guide their groups if there are any doubts. MEO’s will closely monitor the active participation of Teachers in their respective mandal.
  • The WhatsApp group created for self-learning purpose during lock down shall continue for sharing and teaching the webinar subjects. Those groups are to be used only for the said prupose and nothing else. The WhatsApp groups are not to be spammed with any panic information or entertainment which is to be strictly monitored by the SRPs.
  • All the teachers are hereby informed that the training programme will start from 4-5-2020 through webinar from 11 am to 12 pm, the schedule of which is attached in the annexure-I. Everyday all the Teachers have to watch the programme through webinar allotted for the day and read the resource material for the topic which is available in the Abhyasa Self Leaning App, answer the test related to the topic watched through webinar video. The progress of each teacher will be monitored at the headquarters through the dashboard. The completion of the Test series is mandatory and a final grand test will be conducted followed by Course completion certificate.
  • Those Teachers who do not have smart phone or android phone for accessing materials and Webinars are to mandatorily attend these classes Post COVID, and the details of those should be maintained by the MEOs and DEOs.
  • All District Educational Officers in the state are requested to communicate the above instructions along with the schedule of the training programme to all the DIET Principals, AMOs, MEOs, KRPs, SRPs, DRPs and to the teachers concerned with instructions to follow the above guidelines without fail. All AMOs in the state are requested monitor closely the training program and to collate details of login issues and connectivity issues and send the same to the head office for rectification. MEOs should ensure daily participation in Webinar and Tests under the guidance and supervision of DIET Principals and DEOs. All teachers are requested to extend full support to make this a Digital revolution in Teacher training.
