Guidelines for filling up the posts of RVM Part Time Instructors in UP Schools and UP sections of High Schools. As per the schedule of the RTE Act 2009, RVM is going engage Part time instructors for (a) Art Education (b) Health and Physical Education (c) Work Education  in the Upper Primary Schools/ Upper Primary sections of High Schools where the enrollment in Upper Primary classes is more than 100. For this purpose 6th and 7th classes in Upper Primary schools and 6th to 8th classes in High schools shall be considered. Accordingly 12271 posts have been sanctioned in Annual plan of 2014-15 with required budget and engaging guidelines issued vide Memo .No.26/RVM(SSA)/B10/C3/2011 Dt.28.05.2014. of the State Project Director. AP RVM(SSA), Hyderabad.

    NATIONAL MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIPS - NMMS 2012

    State Level National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme Examination for class VIII will be conducted on 18-11-2012 (Sunday) from 10.00 AM. to 01.00 PM. in Telugu/ Hindi/ Urdu/ English media at all Revenue Divisional Head Quarters of23 Districts in the State.
    The required Application Forms and Nominal Rolls are already sent to all the eligible schools with instructions. Students can obtain Application Forms from the school concerned.

    NMMS 2012 PRESS NOTE
    I) ELIGIBILITY: A candidate who has/is
    (i) Scored at least 55% of marks in case of OC/BC and 50%of marks in case of  SC/ST/PH in class VII Examination studied during the year 2011-12.
    (ii) Studying in Government /Local Body /Government aided schools only and
    (iii) Who's parental annual income (both Parents put together) is below RS.l,50,000/­ from all sources for which candidates have to produce latest original Annual Income Certificate issued by the MRO in case of Private employee and certificate issued by the employer in case of Government employee.
    The students studying VIII class in A.P.Residential High Schools, A.P. Social Welfare Residential Schools, A.P.Tribal Welfare Residential High Schools, Government Ashram High Schools and Kasturba Residential Schools, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, Kendriya Vidyalayas and in Private unaided Schools are not eligible to appear for the Examinations.
    (iv) Candidate has also to submit the original caste certificate (issued by the MRO) to the Headmaster.
    (v)' Candidate has also to submit the Original VII class Pass Memo of Marks to the Headmaster.

    II) Examination fee is : Rs.IOO/- for OC/BC students & Rs. 501- for SC/ST/PH students. The examination fee has to paid in form of Demand Draft through SBH/SBI in favour of THE DIRECTOR FOR GOVERNMENT EXAMINATIONS; ANDHRA PRADESH; HYDERABAD.

    The following are the due dates for remittance of Examination fee and for submission of applications.

The Objective of the scheme of Compassionate Appointments for the Dependents of AP Government Employees  is a social security measure to help the deceased Government Employees. The Scheme of Compassionate Appointments to the deceased Government Employee is in force as per the orders issued in G.O.687 GAD Dated 3-10-1977. Government has released The Circular Memo. No.60681/Ser.A/2003-1 Dated 12-8-2003 on Compassionate Appointments by consolidating all existing instructions upto 2003.

    Automatic Advancement Scheme AAS (6/12/18/24 Years) Scheme. The New Automatic Advancement Scheme was introduced vide GO.96 Dated 20.5.2011. This New AAS Scheme changed the periodicity of the previous 8/16/24 years as 6/12/18/24 years.The Government has introduced the AAS Scheme through G.O.Ms.No.117 Fin & Plg (FW.PRC.I) Dept., dated 25.05.1981 to the State Government employees and employees of Local Bodies as a substitute for those who are entitled to get promotions, but are unable to get them at regular intervals because of stagnation due to non-availability of vacancies.
