RVM has appointed Charted Accountant Firms for Audit of RVM Grants (School Grants, Maintenance Grants, TLM Grants, Civil Works and etc) released from 1st Apr 2012 to 31st Mar 2013. The Schedule for Audit of RVM Grants is released District Wise by the appointed Firms. Hence all Head Masters be ready with Necessary Statements.
Here are some points to be remembered for Audit.
- Audit Compulsory for the Schools with grant sanctioned above Rs.1,00,000/-.
- Cash Book for the Period 01/04/2012 to 31/03/2013
- Administrative Vouchers along with Supporting bills and Salary Vouchers should be attested monthly Pay slips.
- Update Advance Register, Cheque issue Register
- Bank Statements for the period 01/04/2012 to 31/03/2013 (Please bring Xerox Copy of Statement also)
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation Reports for the Financial Year 2012-13.
- Presents of Head Master’s to be attend during the audit period for any clarifications.
