The Directorate of Government Examinations popularly known as SSC Board conducts SSC Public Exams Yearly Year. The following are the due dates for remittance of Examination fee for Regular / Private Once failed candidates ( Candidates failed in NEW PATTERN only) appearing for the SSC Public Examinations to be held in March, 2019. As per GO.109 Dated 18.2.2009 Exemption for Exam Fee for SC/ST/BC Students who are appearing for SSC Exams from 2009 Onwards for the first time as Regular candidates and whose parental income does not exceed Rs.24,000/- per annum in urban areas and Rs.20,000/- or land holding not exceeding 2.5 Acres wet land / 5 acres dry land in Rural areas are exempted from the payment of Examination fee . Students with Regular Study up-to Class X in any recognized School can apply as Regular Candidates. Candidates with No minimum qualification prescribed and Without School Study can appear under  Private Candidates. Notification for 2018 for SSC Fee is released vide Re.No. 149/B-2/2013 Dated: 26-09-2013.

Age Condonation Allowed: Upto 1½ years by the D.E.O. 1½ to 2 years by the D.G.E., A.P., Hyderabad.

1. If any of the above dates are declared Public Holidays, the next immediate working day may be reckoned for the purpose.
2. Due dates of remittance of Examination fee will not be extended further under any circumstances.

  • Visit cfms.ap.gov.in -->> Receipt Links -->> Citizen challan -->> ESE-03 (Department - Director of govt exams) ->> 1052(SSC Exam fee)  ->> Submit Fill the details  ->> Manual payment/ e- payment (Manual payment at any SBI branch)
Fee Structure for Regular and Private Candidates:
IMPORTANT NOTE:
  • 1. Fee for Regular candidates for all subjects is Rs.125/- 
  • 2. Fee for upto three and less than 3 subjects is Rs.110/- 
  • 3. Fee for more than 3 subjects is Rs.125/- 
  • 4. Fee for Vocational candidates is Rs.60/- in addition to Regular Examination fee of Rs.125/- prescribed for SSC academic courses. 
  • 5. Online Application link will be available in www.bseap.org website. The applications of all the candidates shall be uploaded online without fail.
  • 6. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes I Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes who are appearing for SSC March 2019 for the first time as Regular candidates and whose parental income does not exceed Rs.24, 000/- per annum in urban areas and Rs.20, 000/- or land holding not exceeding 2.5 Acres wet land 5 acres dry land in Rural areas are exempted from the payment of examination fee. As such, the Headmasters are requested to satisfy themselves about the Parental income by insisting upon a certificate issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer as per rules.

GO.109 Exemption to SC/ST/BC Candidates for SSC Exam Fee-Limits

School Education – Exemption from payment of examination fees by the regular students of SCs, STs and BCs of X class – Income limit fixed - Orders
  • Government enhanced the Parental income limit in respect of SCs, STs and BCs candidates from Rs.12,000/- to Rs.24,000/- in Urban Areas and from Rs.12,000/- to Rs.20,000/- or Land holding not exceeding 2.5 Acres wet land/ 5acres dry land in Rural Areas, in order to exempt the regular students of SCs, STs and BCs of X class from payment of examination fee with effect from instant Examinations of the year 2009 and onwards.
  • This order issues with the concurrence of Fin (ESE) Deptt vide their U.O.No.31822/551/ESE/08, dt13.11.2008.
