Rc.1000/B2-1/2010 Dated 11.10.2013- Aided Rationalisation 2013 Proceedings Rc.1000 Dated 19.8.2013 With Drawn. The Commissioner and Director of School Education has issued Proc Rc.1000 on 11th Oct 2013 on Aided -Rationalization of Aided Teachers in Aided Schools and informed all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers of all Districts that the Proceedings issued vide Rc.1000/B2-1/2010 Dated 19.8.2013 is Withdrawn.
In the Proc Rc.1000 Dated 19.8.13, the Director of School Education has issued instructions to take necessary actions to effect the promotions to the post of Head Masters in Aided Schools should follow the below Govt Orders / instructions.
But after the Issuing of Rc.1000 Dated 19.8.13, Unions have brought to the notice of C&DSE that Vide GO.167 issued on 9.3.84, The Rules Issued were according to the Posts at that time and not applicable to present situation, as Panchayat Raj Services Rules separated Now. More Over Vide Memo.1518 Dated 8.5.1979, The Account Test exemption is cancelled for Head Master Post when candidate has crossed 45 Years. But the same exemption is reinstated vide GO. 184 Dated 15.3.1984. But this proceedings Rc.1000 is referring Memo.1518 for H.M Promotion in Aided Schools. Hence Unions demanded to Withdraw the Rc.1000 Dated 19.8.13 as it is referring Old outdated References to be taken in consideration for Promotion to the Post of Head Masters in Aided Schools.
