GO 32 AP Teachers Transfers Amendment GO Modifications in GO 31

No Major Changes are made in GO 31 of AP Teachers Transfers. Only some points have been modified.
The Important Changes are as follows:
  1. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR.I) Dept., vide their U.O.No.FIN-30024/70/2017-SO(HR.I), dated 24.05.2017. 
  2. Rule 2 (vii) The number of years of service completed in a particular school, in all cadres should be taken into consideration.
  3. Rule 6 (iv) For the Service rendered: 0.5 points for every year of completed service in the total service in all categories as on 30th April of the year in which transfers are to be taken up.
  4. Rule 2 (b) Provided those who are going to retire within two (2) years from 30th June of the year in which transfers are to be taken up shall not be transferred until and unless the incumbent requests for such transfer.
  5. Rule 7 (iii) Spouse Points increased to 5
  6. Rule 7 (vii) opt for working in Category IV area schools removed.
  7. Rule 8 : Rationalization Points The Gr.II Headmasters/teachers who are affected by rationalization are eligible for extra points over and above already secured points. Gr.II Headmasters / teachers who have completed 5 years of service / 8 Academic Calendar years of service respectively as on date of closure of schools are not eligible for Rationalization points :2

  1. I humbly request the concerned authorities to provide preference points to the teachers who are looking after their parents aged above 80 years and are wholly dependent on the teachers.

  3. For HMS 5 years long standing,'where as for teachers 8 academic years long standing? Why this this partialit? Is there anybody to question? Teachers who is working for away from their hometown , for them no representation, why? Unions strength is teachers, not only nearby teachers but also for away working teachers. No body is representing neither unions nor government, its fine GOD is there,HE is watching.........

  4. 8 Academic years for teachers is very partial decision of govt. Even thow FAPTO &JACTO members are also not represented 8years long standing for Teachers. it is also very very bad decision.Why don' you ask 2 Academic years for minimum eligibility.It indicates Very Crweal mentality on teachers who are joined on 01-09-2009
