ORDER:

1. In the reference 1st read above, the School Education Department has issued administrative orders for introduction of Class V with CBSE syllabus and English as medium of instruction in all APSW Residential institutions from 2008-09.
2. 2. In 55th Board of Governors Meeting held on 27.09.2010, it is resolved to request the Govt. for sanction of additional staff. In this regard, the Society has submitted proposals to the Govt. for sanction of (603) Trained Graduate Teacher posts in (201) APSWR Upgraded institutions @ 3 posts in each institute in united A.P. vide reference 2nd cited.
3. 3. Consequent to the bifurcation of the United A.P. into two States, the Secretary, APSWREIS has submitted a revised proposal to the Govt. for sanction of (411) additional Trained Graduate Teacher Posts on regular basis in (137) A.P. Social Welfare Upgraded institutions @ 3 posts in each school for residuary A.P vide reference 3rd cited.

In the reference 4th read above, the Social Welfare Department has submitted a proposal for sanction of 411 additional Trained Graduate Teacher posts on regular basis in137 Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare (APSW) Upgraded institutions @ 3 posts in each institute i.e., TGT (Telugu), TGT (Maths) & TGT (English) due to introduction of Class-V and increasing workload in APSWR Upgraded institutions.
5. 5. After careful examination of the proposal of the Social Welfare Department, the Government hereby accords sanction for Creation of (200) additional Trained Graduate Teacher posts on regular basis for 137 Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare (APSW) Residential Upgraded institutions by suppressing (640) vacancies of Non-Teaching staff in the institutes.
6. 6. The Social Welfare Department shall take further necessary action in the matter.
