Visakha High Schools Work Adjustment Proceedings Teachers List 2018

In the references 1st & 2' cited, the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi has informed that there are certain UP/ High Schools with surplus subject Teachers and some of the Schools are not having at least one subject Teacher to teach the relevant subject. There is a dire need to place surplus subject teachers in the needy UP/ High Schools so as to improve learning outcomes and the following guidelines have been implemented
  • i. In the first instance surplus subject teachers should be adjusted in the needy High Schools. 
  • ii. In the second instance, If any of District Educational Officer Pool Teacher including PETs already working in a particular school where there is no need as per norms, he/she may be withdrawn and adjusted in needy High Schools. 
  • iii. in the third instance, utilize the services of subject teachers working in UP Schools where there is no optimum strength in the classes of VI and VII. They should be deputed on work adjustment in the needy High Schools 
  • iv. In the Fourth Instance, Utilize the services of surplus Secondary Grade Teachers having requisite qualifications in that particular subject for placing on work adjustment in needy High School. 
  • v. All the needy vacancies are to be filled with surplus teachers within the mandal or neighboring Mandals or within the division. In exceptional cases, if any of the above possibilities are not available within the division, then subject teachers may be posted out of division in needy high schools. 
  • vi. Junior most teachers in the cadre should be deputed on work adjustment. If the senior is willing to go, he /she have to be given preference. 
  • vii.The work adjustment exercise should be completed on or before 07-07-2018 without fail. 
All the Mandal Educational Officers / Deputy Educational Officers are instructed to take up the following steps for Work Adjustment.
  1. a) Salaries should be drawn at their original places of postings only duly obtaining the attendance / duty certificate from the competent authority 
  2. b) All surplus teachers should work on work adjustment until further orders The work adjustment exercise should be completed on or before 07.07.2018 without fail. 
  3. Further, the Mandal Educational Officers / Deputy Educational Officers should take care that no school is closed due to this process. 
  4. Action will be recommended against the concerned Mandal Educational Officer / Deputy Educational Officer for any failure in following the above guidelines or for failure in implementing the above guidelines within the stipulated time and they are instructed to submit the list of Teachers those who are deputed to the other places in the enclosed proformae(2) on or before 09-07-2018. 
  5. The work adjustment consolidated approved statement are herewith enclosed. The Mandal Educational Officers and Dy. Educational Officers in the district are instructed to take necessary action accordingly.
