A sub module will be created for classes 5th, 7th & 8th separately to avoid confusion for distribution.  Arrangements will be for shifting the material from existing school to new enrolled schools and distribute JVK Kits to the students by duly updating the data in the school logins

ORDER
  • All the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Directors, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh launched the prestigious flagship programme “Jagananna Vidya Kanuka" on 8th October, 2020 for distribution of the student school kits consisting of 1-School Bag, 1-Belt, Pair of shoes & two Pairs of Socks , 3 pair of Uniforms along with Notebooks, Work Books and Text Books to school children studying in Government management schools, aided schools and Registered Madarasas of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Further certain queries have been raised by Head Masters with regard to accommodate new enrolment (2020-2021) of Class 1 students in JVK mobile application in existing database to migrate 5th, 7th, & 8th class students in the promoted schools for distribution of kits.
  • In this context the JVK kits mobile application was enabled in existing database as such indents were placed for procurement based on that database only. Now after the requests/concerns raised by the Head Masters and after holding a video conference with all Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha on 9-10-20, it is decided to adopt 2020-2021 database for distribution of JVK Kits. And also a sub module will be created for classes 5th, 7th & 8th separately to avoid confusion for distribution.
  • Therefore Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Directors, Samagra Shiksha are requested to make necessary arrangements for shifting the material from existing school to new enrolled schools and distribute JVK Kits to the students by duly updating the data in the school logins provided for the said purpose.
