Read the following:
1. G.O.Ms.No.1, Tribal Welfare (Education) Department, dated:30.01.2024.
2. From the Director of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, Lr. No. SOW03-14021(32)/6/2020- KSEC-COTW-Part(1), dated:24.02.2025. (Com.No:1683268).

O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded permission to the Director of Tribal Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada for up-gradation of (251) posts i.e., Language Pandits (Telugu-98), (Hindi-93) and Physical Education Teachers (60) to the cadre of School Assistants in the Tribal Welfare Ashram High Schools which are not having School Assistant posts in the subjects of Telugu, Hindi & Physical Education Teachers on par with the School Education Department and Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department in the interest of quality education in Tribal areas.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, has reported that, certain Language Pandits & Physical Education Teachers of Tribal Welfare Department have submitted representations, stating that, out of (668) Language Pandits & Physical Education Teachers, (251) posts were upgraded, leaving remaining (417) posts. However, in School Education and MA &UD Departments, all Language Pandits (Telugu & Hindi) and Physical Education Teachers were upgraded and hence they have requested the up-gradation of the remaining 417 posts on par with the other Departments.

3. Accordingly, the Director of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada has requested the Govt., for up-gradation of the remaining (417) posts of Language Pandits (Telugu-227 & Hindi-91) and Physical Education Teachers - (99) to the cadre of School Assistants (Telugu, Hindi & Physical Education Teachers) on par with School Education and MA & UD Departments.

4. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission to the Director of Tribal Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada for up-gradation of (417) posts of Language Pandits (Telugu-227 & Hindi-91) and Physical Education Teachers - (99) working in Tribal Welfare Ashram Schools to the cadre of School Assistants with the Pay Scale of Rs.44570-127480 on par with the School Education Department and Municipal Administration & Urban Development, in the interest of providing quality education in Tribal areas

5. The Director, Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.

6. This order is issued with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU- Welfare.I) Department, vide their U.O. No. FIN01-HR0PDPP(RRD)/143/2023-HR-II (2200757), dt:29.12.2025.

    Instructions for the smooth conduct of examinations

    • Question papers shall be stored securely at the school complex for 1st to 5th classes and at MRC for 6th to 10th classes.
    • The Mandal Education Officers (MEOs) 1 and 2 and School complex headmasters will be the custodians of the preserved papers.
    • Question paper bundles will be handed over to the concerned schools only one hour prior to the commencement of the examination in each session.
    • School complex HM and MEOs must ensure the integrity of the question papers. They, along with Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs), should visit schools during examination hours to verify that the examinations are being conducted smoothly and fairly.
    • In case of any untoward incidents, School complex HMs, MEOs and CRPs should report immediately to higher officials.
    • MEOs and CRPs should focus on monitoring examination conduction procedures in both private and government-managed schools.
    • Syllabus is enclosed to this proceedings.
    • Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) assessments have been integrated with formative assessments for Classes III, IV, and V. The marks for FA – III Tool -II for Classes III, IV, and V will be derived from the TaRL midline test. This midline test should be conducted in the same manner as the TaRL baseline test that was carried out during FA-II, using the same assessment tools provided during FA-II.

    Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational officers are requested to take necessary action accordingly and ensure that the FA-3 Examinations are conducted in a smooth and fair manner. Any deviation in adherence to the above guidelines will be viewed seriously.

      This recruitment notification pertains to filling non-teaching positions in:
      • 352 Type-III KGBVs across Andhra Pradesh
      • 210 Type-IV KGBVs across Andhra Pradesh
      All appointments are purely on outsourcing and temporary basis, with no provision for regularization or time scale benefits. The positions are exclusively reserved for female candidates, as KGBVs are residential schools for girls from disadvantaged communities.

      O R D E R :

      In the letter first read above, the Election Commission of India has issued instructions on appointment of BLOs / Supervisors and duties & responsibilities of the Booth Level Officers and directed that BLOs should be granted a minimum honorarium of Rs. 6000/- per annum and a Supervisor should be granted an annual honorarium of Rs.12,000/-. Besides, the Commission has also directed that an amount of Rs.1,000/- per annum for a BLO for house visits made by him during the period of summary revision and BLOs should necessarily be sanctioned TA/DA, if they make travels outside their Polling Station areas for the purpose of training. Accordingly, orders were issued vide G.O. second read above accepting the enhanced rates of remuneration to the BLOs and Supervisors.

      2. In supersession of the letter first read above, the Election Commission of India has directed that minimum annual remuneration of Rs.12,000/- to Booth Level Officer, Rs.18,000/- to BLO-Supervisor and Special Incentive of Rs.2,000/- to Booth Level Officer for SSR / SR and any other special drive, should be granted.

      3. After careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby accepted the enhanced rates of annual remuneration to the Booth Level Officers and Supervisors as recommended by the Election Commission of India and order to pay the annual remuneration to the Booth Level Officers and Supervisors as follows:
      • i) Booth Level Officer (BLO) - Rs.12,000/- per annum
      • ii) BLO Supervisor – Rs.18,000/-
      • iii) Special incentive to BLO (for SSR / SR and any other special drive) – Rs.2,000/-
      4. The enhanced remuneration shall be paid with effect from 01.08.2025. Full remuneration shall be paid to the BLOs those who have worked for the entire year. Proportionate remuneration shall be paid to the BLOs as per the period actually they worked.

      5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.GAD.I) Dept., vide their U.O.No. FIN01-FMU0MISC/650/2025-FMU-GAD-I,(Computer No:3051669), dt.11.12.2025.

      The Bachelor of Education Programme 2 yr (B.Ed) in ODL mode, is a professional programme for in-service teachers, a second degree in teacher education, primarily intended for upgrading the professional competence of working teachers in the primary, upper primary, secondary schools and senior secondary level who have entered the profession without formal secondary teacher training.

      It aims at preparing in-service teachers for the secondary stage of education, in accordance with the notifications of the NCTE with regard to minimum qualifications for recruitment as a teacher.

      Duration of SPMVV Distance B.Ed Course

      The duration of the programme will be of two academic years with a semester pattern. However, students shall be permitted to complete the programme within a maximum period of four years from the date of admission into the Programme. 

      The commencement and completion of the programme shall be so regulated that two long spells of vacation (summer/winter/staggered) are available to the learners for guided/ supervised instruction and face-to-face contact sessions. 

      The programme can also be sandwiched during summer vacation period for face-to-face interaction (besides learners’ self-study at their choice and pace). If a Candidate fails to complete the programme within four years from the date of admission, she has to seek fresh admission as per the regulations existing on those years by paying full fee of the programme.

      SPMVV Distance B.Ed 2025 Jan 2026 Session Eligibility

      The following categories are eligible for 2 yr B.Ed(DM) Programme: 
      • 1. Trained in-service women teachers in Elementary Education with a minimum of 50% of marks in UG or in PG Degree 
      • 2. Women candidates having completed a NCTE recognized Teacher Education programme through face – to – face mode with a minimum of 50% of marks in UG or in PG Degree 
      • 3. However, the candidates belonging to all other reserved categories i.e S.C.,S.T.,B.C.(A/B/C/D/E), and Physically handicapped should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination. 
      • As per the GOMS NO:92, the candidates who passed B.B.S/B.D.S/ B.A.M.S/ B.L/ L.L.B/ B.A(Languages)/B.O.Letc. and other such professional courses are not eligible for admission into B.Ed course.

      SPMVV Distance B.Ed Fee Structure 2025-26 Latest

      The Distance Online B.Ed offered by Sri Padmavathi Mahila University is of 2 Years course. 
      The fee for the two years is as follows;
      • Fee for 1st Year: Rs 25,400
      • Fee for 2nd Year: Rs. 25,400
      • Total Course Fee for Two Years is Rs 50,800
      • Medium of Instruction and Examinations shall be English and Telugu only. 
      Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) is the total fee for 2 years (4 semesters) towards tuition fee, study material Rs.800 user charges.
       
      ➢ First Year (I & II Semesters) Fee Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) and Rs.400 (user charges) to be paid at the time of admission.
