All the academic and administrative supervisory powers over teachers of concerned Schools are kept with Head Masters as per virtue and nature of the post vide G.O.Ms.No.54 SW.Edn.(Section-V) Dept., Dated 01.06.2000 but withdrawing the Salary Drawing Powers of concerned teachers from HMs may be leads to failure in School Level Administration More over ATWOs are not competent to supervise the functions of teachers as per their Job chart.
