ReplyDeleteRespected Sir
ReplyDeleteIt is purely my personal service leave entry doubts I am having 300 days of EL and 394 days of HPL as on 25-6-2013. I proceeded on long leave from 26-6-2013 up to 31-7-2015. My leave period was sanctioned GOAP as 300 days EL from 26-6-2013 for 300 days and then after that date HPL for 394 day and the remaining period as Extra ordinary Leave up to 31-7-2015 without pay and allowances.
As per AP Leave rules
EL has to be credited in advance in 1st June (15 days) and 1st July (15 days) in leave account of individual even if he is on leave.
HPL has to be credited for completed period of each one year service including EOL.
Please let me know the calculations of EL and HPL during my leave period as mentioned above. Whether I am eligible to get EL and HPL during my above leave period. I request to furnish the detailed calculations with indication of leave rules.
