DIET CET 2014 Web Counselling Schedule (DEE CET Web Options Schedule for 2014-16 Batch )

The DEECET 2014, Popularly known as DIETCET 2014 Web based Counselling and Web Options Schedule in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States for 2014-2016 Batch Course released officially by DEE CET Convenor and will start from 7.1.2015. This DEECET 2014 Web counselling leads to admission into the Two Years D.El.Ed Course (Diploma in Elementary Education) for 2014-2016. Rc.100/DEECET/2014 dated 27.12.2014.
Admissions into the two year D.El.Ed Course for 2014-2016 Batch through DEE CET 2014 will be taken up through Web based counselling from 7th Jan 2015. The List of Colleges (Govt DIETs, Unaided non minority Institutions which did not SW2) and the range of ranks permissible for applying the admission, community/special category wise and detailed procedure for admissions will be placed on the website on 6th Jan 2015. All the Candidates of Telangana and AP states who fall with in the permissible ranks can submit their preferences of colleges online from the link given at http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in from 7th Jan 2015. RC.No.1678/SSA/A8/2014 Date: 12-2014 Guidelines issued for conduct of Training Program to School Management Committee members of all Schools in Andhra Pradesh during 2014-15. Financial Norms and Guidelines for School Level, Mandal Level, District Level Trainings for SMC Trainings at school level are issued. All the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of SSA in the State are hereby informed that a training programme for the orientation of all SMC members in the State is planned and going to organize according to the dates mentioned in the plan of action.

GO.159 Health Dept Dated 22-12-2014. Govt of AP has issued further clarifications on Employees Health Scheme and instructed that Health cards should be issued to all eligible employees and pensioners immediately in consultation with Finance and Medical & Health Departments, and Medical Reimbursement should continue up to 28th Feb 2015 along with EHF Scheme till cards are issued to all eligible employees and pensioners and the Employees Health scheme is established. DEOs can issue Passport NOC to SGTs, School Assts, LPs & Equal Cadres in AP

Rc.No.438/Estt 1/2014 Dated:18-12-2014 Delegation of Powers for Issue of NOC for Passport for Teachers. The District Education Officers can issue No Objection Certificates (NOC) for obtaining Pass Port to the Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs), Lang Pandits (LPs), and School Assistant and Equal Cadres. the DSE has released the latest orders. Powers of issue of No Objection Certificate for obtaining passport is delegated to the Regional Joint Director of School Education in respect of the post of Gazetted HM Gr.ll and Mandal Educational Officers.

Andhra University to conduct SLET in AP from 2015 onwards

Govt of AP has identified Andhra University for conducting SLET STATE LEVEL ELIGIBILITY TEST as per the University Grants Commission Regulations, 2009 from 2015 Onwards. G.O.MS.No. 57 Dated:19-12-2014 has been released by Govt of AP. Previously SLET is conducted by OU up to the bifurcation of the State.

Andhra University to conduct SLET in AP from 2015 onwards

O R D E R:

In the G.O.1st read above, the Government have identified the ‘Osmania University’, Hyderabad provisionally as State Agency for conducting State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) in the interest of larger number of Lecturers / Assistant Professors, who are being recruited by either direct recruitment or by promotion in Universities and Degree Colleges in the State.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Secretary, A.P.State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad has proposed Andhra University, Visakhapatnam as State Agency for conducting State Level Eligibility Test from May, 2015 onwards, in the light of bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
3. After careful examination of the matter, the Government have provisionally identified ‘Andhra University’ as State Agency for conducting ‘State Level Eligibility Test’ (SLET) for recruitment and promotions of Lecturers / Asst.Professors in Universities and Degree Colleges from the year 2015 onwards, as per the University Grants Commission Regulations, 2009.
4. The Vice Chancellor, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam is requested to furnish proposals for constitution of Steering Committee, Moderation Committee and to furnish proposals for getting accreditation from UGC for conducting State Level Eligibility Test for residuary State of Andhra Pradesh
5. The Andhra University shall submit proposals as requested in Para (4) above in consultation with A.P.State Council of Higher Education.

National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has released Regulation with No.F.51-1/2014-NCTE on 28th Nov 2014 which is called as "National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations 2014 (NCTE Regulations 2014)". These NCTE Regulations are applicable to all Teacher Education Programmes. According to the Regulation of NCTE, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.,) Regular Course will be of 2 Years and Diploma of Education (D.Ed.,) Course will be of 2 Years duration. GO.3956 AP List of General Holidays & Optional Holidays for 2015 in Andhra Pradesh

G.O.Rt.No:3956 Dated:05.12.2014. General holidays and Optional Holidays for the year 2015 in AP – Declared. The Govt of AP has released the List of General Holidays and Optional Holidays for 2015 Calender Year for all Govt Offices and Schools. Out of the Optional Holidays given in the Table below, only 5 can be utilized. All Govt Offices including Schools remain closed in these General Holidays in 2015.

The following Notification shall be published in the next issue of Andhra Pradesh extra-ordinary Gazette:

GO.3956 AP List of General Holidays & Optional Holidays for 2014 in Andhra Pradesh

NOTIFICATION

The Government of Andhra Pradesh direct that the days specified in Annexure-I(A) shall be observed as General Holidays by all the State Government Offices excluding the holidays falling on Sundays shown in Annexure-I(B) and Optional Holidays shown in Annexure-II(A) except the Optional Holidays falling on Sundays shown in Annexure II(B), during the year 2015.
2. The State Government directs that all offices under State Government shall remain closed on all Sundays and Second Saturdays in all the months during the year 2015.
3. In addition to the above mentioned General Holidays in Annexure.1(A), the state Government employees may avail themselves of Optional Holidays not exceeding FIVE during the year 2015 on festival/occasions specified in Annexure-II(A) to this order, at their option and irrespective of the religion to which the festival pertains. Permission to avail any of these holidays shall be applied for, in writing in advance and shall normally be granted by the Superior Officers competent to grant casual leave except when the presence of an individual employee is considered necessary in exigencies of Government work.
4. The Government also directs that General Holidays shall not ipso-facto apply to the Industrial Establishment and Public Undertakings under the control of the State Government, the workmen engaged in Public Works Departments and Educational Institutions in this State. Separate orders regarding the festivals/occasions when these Institutions to observe holidays shall be issued by the concerned Administrative Department of the Secretariat.
5. The Government also directs that Optional Holiday declared for Bonalu and Bathukamma will apply to the Government Employees working in Twin Cities of Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Ranga Reddy District falling in the GHMC limits. The date for Optional Holiday declared for Vana Mahotsavam in November/ December 2015 shall be intimated latter.
6. If there is any change of date in respect of Idu’l Zuha, Muharram and id-e-Milad as per the moon sight or any other holiday declared now, it shall be announced through electronic / print media. All the Departments of Secretariat, Heads of Departments and District Collectors shall take action according to such an announcement and without waiting for formal order about the change of date

Visakha Engaging Part Time Vocational Instructors and Computer Operators in KGBVs 2014

Basing on Rc.No.911/APSSA/KGBV/2014 Dated: 16-08-2014 KGBV-Providing Computer and Vocational Skill Training in KGBVs for the year 2014-15 Instructions issued for Engagement of Part Time Vocational Instructors and Computer Instructors in Visakhapatnam District. Guidelines for Engaging Vocational Instructors in KGBVs.

2) Representations of certain Project Officers, AP SSA, Andhra Pradesh.

Guidelines and Instructions:

1) All the Project Officers of APSSA and the Secretaries of APREIS, APTWREIS and APSWREIS Andhra Pradesh are informed that it has been decided to provide Art/Craft/Vocational Skills Training and Computer Education to KGBV students in the year 2014-15 through recruitment of Part Time female Instructors. The following guidelines are issued in connection to the appointment of Part Time Instructors.
2) Guidelines for Engagement of Part Time Vocational Instructors & Computer Instructors:

a) All the Project Officers are permitted to engage the Vocational Instructors in KGBV as per the KGBV Financial Guidelines 2014-15.
b) All the Project Officers are permitted to engage the Computer Instructors in KGBV as per the KGBV Financial Guidelines 2014-15.
c) All the Project Officers are permitted to re-engage the Vocational Teachers after satisfactory appraisal of their previous work during the last academic year by duly verifying the eligibility criteria, however re-engagement is not mandatory if their work is not satisfactory.
d) Skills to be imparted to the students: i) Tailoring, Stitching, Embroidery ii) Dance iii) Music iv)Painting

3) For recruitment of Vocational Instructors & Computer Instructors at the KGBV level, the following procedure is to be followed:
In those places where Vocational Instructors were engaged during 2013-14, the same may be retained after satisfactory appraisal for the year 2014-15 @ Rs.250/- per class and 3 classes per week and the duration of each class is 2 hours the Vocational Instructor need not stay for all the time in KGBVs, once they finish their classes they can leave the KGBV, and they are responsible for imparting at least 2 of the above mentioned skills.
In case of Computer Instructors an amount of Rs.5000/- per month will be paid as a honorarium and they have to take 3 classes per week each class with duration of Two hours.
In those places where new persons are proposed to be engaged, the Project Officer of RVM (SSA) is the officer responsible to move the proposal for recruitment of Part time Vocational Instructors & Computer Instructor by constituting a District Level Selection Committee comprising of the (i) PO, APSSA as Chairman, (ii) District Employment Officer,(iii) DM of Mahila Pranganam and (iv) Principal of ITI.

4. Eligibility Criteria:
Age: No person shall be eligible for any post unless She is above 18 years and below 39 years of age as on 01.07.2014. However, in case of SC/ST/BC candidates the maxmimum age limit shall be 44 years and in case of physically challenged candidates the maximum age limit shall be 49 years.

Qualifications:
a) Part-Time Vocational Instructor for Art Education:

10th class pass or its equivalent.
Diploma/Certificate in music or dance, OR certificate in a trade such as sewing, Tailoring, Weaving, etc., issued by any ITI or DLTC.
Technical Teacher Certificate of Government of Andhra Pradesh.

b) Part Time Computer Instructors

Intermediate pass (or) Equivalent along with PGDCM (or) its Equivalent
Bachelors Degree in Computer Discipline like, B.Com Computers & B.Sc Computers or Equivalent

c) The appointment is only up to end if Academic Year 2014-15

d) The required materials for imparting the vocational skills may be purchased duly following the Procurement Guidelines. This shall be charged to the Specific Skills component of the KGBV budget.

e) The salary component of Vocational Instructors shall be charged to the Specific Skills Component and for Computer Operators from Part Time Teachers of the KGBV Budget 2014-15.
5) The P.Os, AP SSA and the Secretaries of APREIS, APSWREIS & APTWREIS of Andhra Pradesh are requested to follow the instructions scrupulously and report compliance.
