In continuation of the instructions issued in the reference read above, all the RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs, Dy.E.Os, DIET Principals, MEOs and Sectorial Officers of District Samagra Shiksha in the state are hereby informed that the Cluster Complex training at the complex level will be conducted on 30.08.2025 i.e., on Sat u rday from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm for the month of August - 2025 without any deviation. 100% attendance in all Cluster complexes shall be ensured.

They are further informed that the agenda for Cluster Complex Meeting for the month of A ugust -2025 i.e., 30.08.2025 is appended in Annexure-I (The video links will be shared).

The responsibilities of the Cluster Complex Headmaster are detailed below:

  • Ensure 100% attendance and engagement of teachers. Ensure availability of digital infrastructure.
  • Ensure smooth flow of session as per the schedule communicated.
  • Ensure the RPs are designated and pre-informed about the agenda and notes are shared with them.
  • Ensure the teachers attending the complex meeting submit their
  • feedback form before dispersing.
  • Ensure the Prior intimation of Minute to Minute programme to the Participants of the concerned cluster complex.
  • They have to submit the monitoring format of the meeting convened in their school complex.
  • All the teachers of Govt, Aided, KGBV schools, residential must attend the Cluster Complex meeting.
  • Ensure the mapping of one responsible person from District Samagra to each Cluster.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of IFPs required and internet connectivity at the cluster complex.
  • Ensure that the content in the links shared by the SCERT are properly displayed.
  • Ensure proper accommodation, seating arrangement for the teachers, water, sanitation facilities.
  • Ensure thecIdentification of 7 Subject wise School Assistants and two senior SGTs as the facilitators one for the teachers handling classes 1 and 2, one for teachers handling 3 to 5 classes of the cluster complex.
  • Cluster complex first assistant shall assist the cluster complex HM to monitor the SGTs.
  • By 11.45 am Mid-Day Meal should be closed on the day of cluster complex meeting (Saturday, 30th August 2025),and all the teachers have to reach the concerned cluster complex venue by 1pm sharp.
  • Ensure the Facial recognition (Attendance) of the total teachers of the concerned complex is marked at 1 pm and 5 pm.
  • Ensure the Prior intimation to parents regarding the Half Day School timings (9 am to 12 pm) on Satu rday , 30th A ugust - 2025 , due to the cluster complex meetings keeping in view the safety of the children.
Don’ts in the Complex Trainings:
  • No Felicitation activities like transfers, promotions, no meeting with shawls and garland.
  • No personal parties, birthday parties, no visits, no site seeing programmes, Availing Leaves except Medical Emergency.
  • No Discussions on service matter, No personnel discussions.
  • No Union Meeting Discussions.
Monitoring Mechanism:

Monitoring should be done by DEO, DyEO, APC, AD, DIET Principal, DIET Faculty, all sectorial officers of District Samagra, MEO-1 & 2, MIS coordinators and CRPs of the concerned district. Ensure the mapping of one official from the district Samagra to each cluster complex.

Therefore, all the RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs, DyEOs, DIET Principals, MEOs and Sectorial Officers of District Samagra Shiksha District officers, DIET Principals, MEO-I & II, Cluster Complex Headmasters are requested to monitor the complexes and fill the monitoring format. The Cluster Complex Headmaster shall ensure that the teachers who attend the Cluster Complex Meeting shall submit the feedback form invariably.

Further, all the District Educational Officers are requested to identify one nodal person for each and every cluster complex for the smooth functioning.

Any laxity in the matter will be viewed seriously and these instructions shall be followed scrupulously.

It is to inform that in the ref.8th cited, the Govt. accorded permission to the Director of Adult Education, A.P., to initiate the process for filling the 47 vacant Supervisor posts in the Adult Education Department on deputation under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions, initially for a period of one year, by inviting applications through the District Selection Committees, subject to condition to follow the guidelines mentioned in the ref. 4th cited. At present, 47 Supervisor posts are vacant across various districts in the State. The details are as follows:

As per GO Rt No.257 the District Level Committee members are as follow;
  • 1. Joint Collector Chairperson
  • 2. District Educational Officer Member
  • 3. Deputy Director of Adult Education Member
The District level Selection Committee should invite applications for the vacant posts of Supervisor in the above districts duly following the guidelines as per G.O.Rt.No.9 and G.O.Rt.No.257 from eligible employees (below 45 years of age) working as SGTs/PETs/Gr. II Language Pandits in the School Education Department on deputation under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions initially for a period of one year.

Applications will be invited from eligible candidates in the erstwhile district. After selection, candidates will be assigned to work in divisions/ districts where vacancies are available.

Guidelines and Eligibility for Supervisors in Adult Education Department

The Guidelines are mentioned below:
  • 1. Preference will be given to Seniors in the cadre of SGTs (i) with Higher qualifications, (ii) with minimum 10 years’ service and (iii) not exceeding the age of 45 years.
  • 2. Preference will be given to SGTs, those who worked as MRPs and members of SRGs/DRGs.
  • 3. Preference will be given to those who are willing to travel extensively 3-4
  • mandals during night and day times by touring 20 days in a month. F.T.A. will be given as per FTA rules.
  • 4. Preference will be given to SGTs who have skills in mass Communication/cultural activities/kalajathas by producing certified evidences issued by the State/ District/ Mandal level authorities.
  • 5. Oral interview by the District Selection Committee.

Selection Process for Supervisors in Adult Education Department

Guidelines on calculation of weightage/merit:

If a candidate secured 550 out of 600 marks in SSC exams, then 550/600 x 5 =4.58 marks, if secured point grade system/CGPA, then formula is Achieved CGPA x 10

For example if a candidate achieved 8.5 CGPA, then 8.5 x 10 = 85 x 5/100 = 4.25 marks.

If a candidate secured 925 out of 1000 marks in Intermediate exams, then 925/1000 x 5 =4.62 marks, if secured point grade system/CGPA(Cumulative Grade Point Average) then, (Formula is Achieved CGPA x 10 Points)

For example if a candidate achieved 7.4 CGPA, then 7.4 x 10 = 74 x 5/100 = 3.7 marks. (This formula is applicable to all CGPA)

If a candidate secured 850 out of 1000 marks in Degree exams, then 850/1000 x 10 = 8.5 marks.

If a candidate secured 850 out of 1000 marks in Post Graduate exams, then 740/1000 x 10 = 7.4 marks.

If a candidate got D.Ed and B.Ed then, highest percentage course shall be taken.

Formula = Secured marks / Total marks x 10(weightage marks) (This formula is applicable to all)

If a candidate secured marks in theory and Practical divided by total marks in M.Ed exams x 10.

If a candidate has any experience as MLO/MRP/SRG/DRG, then he/she will get 10 marks, they will submit certificate.

If a candidate has any experience in Mass Communication Skills/ Cultural Activities/ kalajathas, then he/she will get 10 marks, they will submit certificate. And

Finally, oral interview will be conducted by the District Selection Committee for 20 marks.

After completion of the oral interview, the District Selection Committee shall submit the selected candidates list to the Director of Adult Education, AP.

These postings/appointments are governed by the provisions of G.O. (P) No.10, Finance and Planning (FW.FR. II) Department, dated 22.01.1993, and G.O. Ms. No.2, dated 02.01.2010."

AP DSC 2025 Merit List, Selection List News

The Andhra Pradesh government has initiated several reforms in school education. 

With a firm resolve to provide quality education to the students, the Andhra Pradesh Government has decided to conduct a Mega DSC-2025 to fill 16,347 teacher jobs. Mega DSC-2025 notification will be released on April 20th. 

Teacher candidates applied online from April 20th to May 15th. The exams were conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) format from June 6th to July 6th.  Now the AP DSC 2025 Merit List is scheduled to release on 22nd August 2025 evening,


AP DSC results 2025 and scorecard with qualifying status have been released, and now the candidates are waiting for the release of the AP DSC Merit List. However, there is no update for the AP DSC Merit List release date, but it is expected to be released by the third week of August 2025 at https://apdsc.apcfss.in/. AP DSC Merit List 2025 Out Today

AP DSC Merit List will be prepared based on the marks scored by candidates in the written examination, along with weightage given to their academic qualifications and TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) scores. The list will include the post-wise names of candidates shortlisted for School Assistant, Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT), Language Pandit, Physical Education Teacher (PET), and other teaching posts.

AP DSC Merit List 2025 Update

Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official AP DSC portal for updates on district-wise merit list PDFs, cut-off marks, counselling dates, and final posting orders. After successful document verification, final appointment letters will be issued to the selected candidates. They will be posted in Government, ZP, and MPP schools as per the district allotment.

After careful examination of the requests received from the Hon'ble MLCS in the reference cited, Government has decided to consider to effect inter district transfers of teachers & Head Masters on spouse & mutual grounds in line with the instructions issued by the General Administration (SPF&AC) Department on the said subject from time to  time.

3. The Director of School Education, A.P., is, therefore, requested to furnish the inter district transfer proposals in accordance with the guidelines issued in the references cited coupled with requisite information appended to Circular Memo. No.7232/MC-1/2011-1, GA (MC-I) Dept., Dated: 04.08.2011 consists of two formats relates to the applicants working district and the other district to which applicants desire to transfer, duly attested by the D.S.E., A.P.

4.He is permitted to issue suitable instructions in accordance with the provisions contained in rule 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(d) of Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (organization of Local cadres and regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order 1975 and instructions issued thereon by the GAD from time to time, and also to design suitable proforma to collect relevant information in addition to the proformas mentioned in para 3 above, so as to ease out the way to effect the transfers in same management.

5. The Director of School Education, A.P., has further informed that, the proposals on personal grounds/ medical grounds for inter district transfers need not be furnished to Government.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, in the reference read above, the Government have requested to furnish the proposals for Inter – District Transfer of teachers/Headmasters.

2. Therefore, all the RJDSEs and the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the requests for inter-district transfers will be processed as per a fixed time schedule. Eligible and interested teachers may submit their applications for Inter District transfers on LEAP APP. The Inter District Transfer applications will be processed in accordance with the 5(2)(c) of Presidential Order on spouse grounds and 5(2)(d) on Mutual Grounds requests. The following are the guidelines for inter-district transfers.

GUIDELINES

1) Eligibility:
i. Teachers / Headmasters working in State Government/ Zilla Parishad/ Mandal Parishad Schools/ Municipal Schools and Municipal Corporation schools are eligible to apply for Inter District Transfers under the same management.

ii. Minimum service of the applicant teacher/ Head Master shall be 2 years as on 31.07.2025 in the present District and in the present category of post.

iii. Teachers whose spouse is working in State Government / Central Government / State Public Sector / Central Public Sector / University / HODs/Secretariats / Local Bodies (MP/ZP/ Municipalities/ Municipal Corporations) are eligible to apply, if there is a clear vacancy of the said category of post (in the same management) is available in the requested district.

iv. Teachers whose spouse is working in HODs/Secretariats can apply for only Krishna and Guntur Districts only.

v . Mutual transfers of the same category and of the same management would be permitted.

vi. In case of Mutual transfers, both the teachers should give consent for such transfer and such consent shall be countersigned by the Mandal Educational Officer/Deputy Educational Officer concerned.

vii. One teacher can give consent to only one teacher working in the other district on Mutual basis

viii. Teachers who are unauthorized absent, facing charges under APCCA rules, under suspension are not eligible to apply.

ix. The applications of in-eligible teachers and in-complete applications will not be considered.

x . The teachers concerned shall be responsible for the correctness of the information furnished by them.

AP Inter District Transfers Online Application

2) Process to be followed:

i. The teachers shall apply through online for Inter District Transfers in the LEAP APP prescribed for the purpose.

ii. Only online application received through the specifiedLEAP APP authorized by Director of School Education will be considered at State level.

iii. In addition, the candidates shall also download application form and filled in applications along with sign shall give to the concerned Headmaster/ Mandal Educational Officers/ Deputy Educational Officer along with all related documents/ certificates.

iv. The M.E.O/HM/Dy.E.O concerned should verify all the details /particulars with original records and certificates and after satisfying their correctness they shall submit to the District Educational Officer.

v . Once the teacher enters application form in LEAP APP, that is final. No teacher shall apply twice in online.

vi. A declaration shall be given by the applicant that he/she would forego his/her seniority in the old unit and accept to take last rank in the new unit (district).

vii. The District Educational Officer concerned shall forward the applications of the teachers in the prescribed proforma issued in Government Circular Memo.No.7232/MC-I/GAD/2011, dated: 04.08.2011 and its amendments.

3) (a) The schedule for submission of on-line applications and further processing there-on at various levels shall be as indicated in Annexure-I.

(b) On-line applications shall be made in the LEAP APP and formats prescribed in Annexure-II (Annexed)

(c) Such of the requests of teachers / Headmasters who have already submitted their requests for inter-district transfers, whose requests are pending at various levels shall be deemed to have been closed at all levels and they shall apply afresh in the on-line format as per the guidelines now issued under this. 4) No application for inter-district transfers other than in accordance with the orders issued will be considered

The Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications has launched a Scholarship Scheme called "Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana" to award children in the class category of Standard 6th to 9th. It is proposed to award annual scholarships to students who have good academic records and are also pursuing 'Philately' as a hobby. 

The objective of the scholarship is to “Promote Philately among children at a young age in a sustainable manner that can reinforce and supplement the academic curriculum in addition to providing a hobby that can help them relax and de-stress”.

DEEN DAYAL SPARSH YOJANA SCHOLARSHIP 2025 Overview

Scholarship Details:
Amount: ₹6,000 per year, disbursed quarterly at ₹1,500 per quarter.
Number of Scholarships: 920 scholarships are awarded annually at the national level, with each Postal Circle offering a maximum of 40 scholarships to students from different classes.

Eligibility Criteria:
Class: Students from 6th to 9th standard.

Academic: Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in their last final examination, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

Philately: The student must be a member of the Philately Club in their recognized school, or if no club exists, they must have their own Philately Deposit account with a Post Office.

Attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above wherein, the Superintendent of Post Offices has informed that the Department of Posts, Government of India has launched a philately scholarship scheme "Deen Dayal Sparsh Yojana" (Scholarship for promotion of Aptitude & Research in stamps as a Hobby) on 03.11.2017 for generating interest regarding philately among students and that students of classes VI to IX having good academic record and pursuing philately as a hobby will be awarded scholarship by central Government on the basis of Philately Quiz & Philately Project to be conducted by Department of Posts. The amount of scholarship per awardees is Rs. 6000/-

In this regard, Superintendent of Posts have informed that, the eligibility is students of classes VI to IX of recognized schools and should have a philately deposit account in post office or he/she is a member of Philately club in his/her school. A candidate must have good academic record i.e., at the time of selection for award of scholarship the candidate must have scored at least 60% marks or equivalent grade/point in the recent final examination in 2025.

Further the notification and complete details are enclosed to the reference cited and are informed that, the last date for applying the examination is 16-09­2025 and the date of Test is on 30-09-2025.

Therefore, all the RJDSE's/DEO's in the State are hereby requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Educational Institutions, and give wide publicity about the philately Scholarship scheme among the children and make them participate in the "DEEN DAYAL SPARSH YOJANA".

Objective of DEEN DAYAL SPARSH YOJANA SCHOLARSHIP 2025


Reinforcing the efforts aimed towards increasing the reach of Philately, a novel idea being proposed is to award Scholarships to children in the class category of Standard VI to IX. Under the Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana (Scholarship for Promotion of Aptitude & Research in Stamps as a Hobby or SPARSH) it is proposed to award annual scholarships to those students who have good academic record and also pursue Philately as a hobby. 

Considering that Philately reinforces and supplements the academic knowledge imparted through regular school curriculum it is proposed to give weightage to both, academic performance and philately, for awarding the scholarship. It is expected that such a scholarship would provide fillip not only to Philately but also project a positive image of DOP & would create ambassadors for Philately & DOP.

The objective of the scholarship is to

Promote Philately among children at a young age in a sustainable manner that can reinforce and supplement the academic curriculum in addition to providing a hobby that can help them relax and de-stress.
  • Encourage Philatelic activities in School,
  • Involvement of School administration in Philately,
  • Giving greater visibility to Philately across the spectrum,
  • Create awareness about Philately among parents, academicians, children and public at large,
  • Mainstreaming of Philately in School & educational curriculum,
  • Creation of linkages between younger generation and Philatelists,

Key Features of the DEEN DAYAL SPARSH YOJANA SCHOLARSHIP 2025

Every Postal Circle has to provide a maximum total of 40 scholarships having maximum of 10 students each from Standard VI, VII, VIII & IX. These scholarships will be provided quarterly to the students studying as regular students in class VI-IX in recognized schools.

Scholarship will be provided to students pursuing Philately as a hobby and who satisfy the eligibility condition and qualify in the selection procedure.

The amount of Scholarship is to be Rs. 6000/- per annum @ Rs. 500/- per month.
Selections to the scholarship would be for one year and there would be no bar on an already selected student applying for the scholarship next year provided he/she fulfils other criterion.

Eligibility condition for Deen Dayal Sparsh Yojana 2025

  • Candidate must be a student (class VI-IX) of a recognized School within India,
  • Concerned School should have a Philately Club and the candidate should be a member of the Club,
  • In case the School Philately Club has not been established a student having his own Philately Deposit Account may also be considered.
  • Requirement of having Philately Deposit Account/Membership of the School Philately Club would be with respect to the Date of Application and the student applying would have to mention the same in his/her application form
  • A candidate must have good academic record. At the time of selection for award of scholarship the candidate must have scored at least 60% marks or equivalent grade/grade point in the recent final examination. There will be 5% relaxation for SC/ST.

General Conditions for Deen Dayal Sparsh Yojana 2025

An awardee is eligible for the scholarship provided he/she maintains good conduct and continues his/her studies as a regular student.

Scholarship may be revoked at any point of time by the competent authority (CPMG) on finding any irregularities in the eligibility criteria.

A student must continue to have a PDA account and continue to be a member of Philatelic club during the scholarship-awarding period.

Deen Dayal Sparsh Scholarship Yojana Selection Procedure

Students are selected based on their performance in a Philately Quiz or Philately Project conducted by the Postal Circles

Level 1: A Philately Written Quiz at Regional level will be conducted on 30th September, 2025 by postal authorities in their respective Divisions, which would act as a Screening Test for the second level. The last date for submission of the application is 16th September, 2025. The philatelic written quiz consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. Each question will be of one mark with no negative marking. The time duration for the written quiz test will be One Hour. Department of posts reserves the right to change the dates at a later stage.


A. A two level selection process is to be adopted for conducting the Quiz and Philately Project. At the 1st Level, a written test will be conducted at regional level which would act as a Screening Test and students selected at first level will have to submit a Philately. Project for final selection at 2nd level.

B. There will be no weightage of the marks secured in the Philately Quiz in the final evaluation and the final selection would be decided solely on the basis of the marks secured in Philately Project.

C. For any given Circle, the written test would be conducted simultaneously at all regional centres. All arrangements with regard to conduction of the test would be the responsibility of the Circles.

D. Guidelines regarding Philately Written Quiz at regional level
  • Question papers for the written quiz to be conducted at regional level will be prepared by the circle & same set of paper should be used across region.
  • Philately Quiz will comprise of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • Each question will be of one mark with no negative marking.
  • OMR sheet may be used for answering these questions which would aid in evaluation.

The Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format based Quiz test would contain 50 (Fifty) Questions which would be chosen from following subject areas in the following proportion:

Same set of Question Paper will be framed for all the eligible students across classes. Therefore, framing of Quiz question paper would be done considering the knowledge levels of participating student from class Vith to IXth.

Circles would select through the written quiz approximately four times the number of scholarship to be given at circle level i.e. about 160 students at regional level.


E. Philately Project for final selection

After finalizing the list of candidates selected in the Quiz. Circles would issue communication to the selected candidates detailing them of the list of Philately Project Topics & broad guidelines to be followed for writing their project. The candidates selected at Philately Written Quiz can choose One topic from the list to submit the project.

The time given for the preparation and submission of project can be 15 days & the project can be directly submitted to the CPMG Office through Registered/Speed Post.

The Philately Project should not be of more than 4-5 pages. In this project, student may use not more than 16 stamps and not more than 500 words. Detailed guidelines. regarding the Project & sample project template may be issued by Circles.

Project work on Philately, copy of School ID card, copy of the result of last final examination all duly attested from Principal of School may be submitted to the CPMG Office. The project should be sent in original.

Project would be 4-5 pages work on Philately containing the original creative work performed by the candidate on the Philately subject. To know more about Philately a candidate may visit India Post website @ https://postagestamps.gov.in dedicated to Philately.

The committee constituted at circle level will do the evaluation of the Project. A committee comprising of DPS or other DoP Officers & eminent Philatelist nominated by CPMG would evaluate the Project & shortlist the candidate for scholarship.

The committee would recommend a list of 40 students considering 10 students maximum from each of the VI, VII, VIII & IX Class.

Disbursement of DEEN DAYAL SPARSH YOJANA SCHOLARSHIP 2025

A. The awardees will be asked to open Joint account with parents in India Post Payment Bank or Post Office Savings Bank in a branch, which has core banking facility,

B. Each Postal Circle will select the awardees and hand over the list of beneficiaries to IPPB/POSB for payment of scholarship;

C. IPPB/POSB will ensure that the scholarship is paid to awardees on quarterly basis (1500/- each quarter for 1 year only) after getting the list from each Circle.

6 నుంచి 9వ తరగతి చదువుతున్న ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులు ఎవరైనా దీన్ దయాళ్ స్పర్మ్ యోజన పోటీ పరీక్ష రాసేందుకు అర్హులు. సెప్టెంబర్ 30వ తేదీలోపు విద్యార్థులు తమ పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు పంపాలి. దరఖాస్తును పాఠశాల హెచ్ఎం పేరు మీద సంబంధిత రీజనల్ ఆఫీస్ కు పంపించాలి. తపాలాశాఖలో రూ.200 చెల్లించి పోటీ పరీక్ష రాసే విద్యార్థి పేరుతో లేదా హెచ్ఎంల పేరుపై ఫిలాటలీ ఖాతా ఫిలాటలీ క్లబ్ అకౌంట్ను తెరవాలి. లేదా ఖాతా తెరవగానే రూ.180 విలువ చేసే తపాలా బిళ్లలను ఇస్తారు. ఇవి పోటీ పరీక్షలు రాసేందుకు ఉపయోగపడతాయి. పరీక్ష తేదీని తపాలా అధికారులు పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు తెలియజేస్తారు.


రెండు దశల్లో..
దీన్ దయాళ్ స్పర్మ్ యోజన పోటీ పరీక్ష రెండు దశల్లో జరుగుతుంది. మొదటి దశలో స్క్రీనింగ్ పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది. రెండో దశలో ప్రాజెక్టు వర్క్ ఉంటుంది. స్క్రీనింగ్ పరీక్షలో జనరల్ నాలెడ్జ్, స్టాంపులు, చరిత్ర, క్రీడలు, సైన్స్, కరెంట్ అఫైర్స్ సబ్జెక్టుల నుంచి 50 మల్టిపుల్ ఛాయిస్ ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి. ఇందులో ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించిన విద్యార్థులు రెండో దశ ప్రాజెక్టు వర్కు చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఇందులో జంతువులు, పక్షులు, ప్రదేశాలు, పూలు, సంగీతం వంటి విభాగాల్లో విద్యార్థులు ఏదో ఒక అంశాన్ని ఎంచుకొని ఇంటి వద్దనే ప్రాజెక్టు వర్క్ పూర్తిచేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. విద్యార్థులు 16 స్టాంపులతో 4, 5 పేజీలకు మించకుండా ప్రాజెక్టు వర్క్న పూర్తిచేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. పూర్తయిన ప్రాజెక్టును సంబంధిత తపాలాశాఖ రీజనల్ ఆఫీస్ చిరునామాకు పంపాలి.

The last date for submission of the application is 16th September, 2025

Interested candidates may submit the application addressed to the concerned Postmaster General Vijayawada/Visakhapatnam/Kurnool with postage of Philately Stamps through Speed Post in prescribed form on or before 16th September, 2025 (see the list below as Annexure). 

Proof/Certificate in fulfilling the eligibility condition prescribed in para 1 above should be enclosed along with the application. Applications received through courier will not be accepted.

The Infosys Foundation launched the Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship Program 2025–26 to help female students who want to pursue an undergraduate course in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). For the duration of the STEM course, the scholarship offers full financial support of up to ₹1,00,000. This covers living expenses, tuition, and the price of study materials.

Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship Program Deadline: 15-Sep-2025

Eligibility for Infosys STEM SCHOLARSHIP 2025

  • Candidates must be Indian female students.
  • Candidates must have completed Class 12.
  • Students must be enrolled in first-year undergraduate courses at reputable (NIRF-accredited) institutions in STEM-related courses. Also, students pursuing second-year B.Arch or five-year Integrated/Dual Degree courses are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must have an annual family income of less than or equal to ₹ 8,00,000.
  • Note: Girl students who will be taking admission in engineering and medical courses in government colleges not listed in the NIRF rankings can also apply.

Benefits Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship Program 2025

Selected applicants will receive a scholarship of up to ₹1,00,000 per year for the duration of the course (For a maximum of four years), covering their actual expenses.

Note:
The scholarship will cover tuition fees, study materials, and living expenses.
This scholarship commitment is for a maximum of four years of the STEM course.

  • A current passport-sized photograph
  • JEE Main/CET/NEET scorecard, and Class 12 marksheet and passing certificates
  • Government-issued ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, etc.)
  • Proof of current year admission (fee receipt, admission letter, institution identity card, or bonafide certificate)
  • Family income proof certificate issued by the appropriate government authority /BPL, or similar card/Ayushman Bharat card
  • Electricity bills for the past 6 months are to be provided as an additional supporting document
  • Receipts of academic-related expenses such as course fees, hostel fees, mess fees, stationery, books, etc.
  • Bank account details of the applicant (bank passbook/cancelled cheque)

Age Limit for Infosys Scholarship 2025

No, there is no age limit for the Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship Program. However, students must be enrolled in the first year of an undergraduate STEM course to be eligible.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers/ District School Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that certain requests are received from the districts to issue instructions on celebration of Independence Day, 2025 at school level. Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers /District School Educational Officers in the State are hereby instructed that at District Level, the flag shall be hoisted by the District Educational Officer and at School Level, it should be hoisted by the Chairman, School Management Committee. In case of absence of the Chairman, School Management Committee, the Headmaster of concerned school shall hoist the flag.

The above instructions shall be followed scrupulously without any deviations.
