Rc.No.118/RVM(SSA)/C1/2013 Dated 17.10.13 Guidelines for  Selection of RPs for 3Days Training to UP Level Teachers.Guidelines issued for  Selection of RPs for conducting 3 Days training in the Month of November 2013  to UP Level School Assistants and Language Pandits dealing subjects for 6th, 7th Classes. RVM will identify Resource Persons @10 per subject for six subjects i.e., English, Telugu, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. The RPs will be trained through TOT from 28th – 30th October, 2013 at allotted venues.

All the District Educational Officers, the Project Officers of RVM (SSA) and the Principals of DIETs in the State are informed that the APRVM (SSA) and SCERT, A. P., Hyderabad are together planned to organize 3-day training to all U P level teachers i.e., School Assistants & Language Pandits (who are dealing subjects for Classes VI & VII) in the month of November, 2013.
In this connection, the APRVM (SSA) is planned to conduct TOT programme at State level to impart the trainings to the teachers at divisional level in the district. The DPOs have to follow the guidelines given below
  1. 1. Constitute a district level committee with DEO, Principal, DIET, Project Officer, RVM (SSA) and Academic Monitoring Officer, RVM (SSA) for identification Resource Persons. The committee has to identify suitable Resource Persons @10 per subject for six subjects i.e., English, Telugu, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies.
  2. 2. The Resource Persons has to attend the state level TOT programme at the allotted venue and to train U P Level teachers at District / Divisional Level in the district.
  3. 3. The Resource Persons have to attend the State Level TOT with the concerned subject textbooks of Class VI & VII, CCE Module, RTE Module (modules available at district / school level) and a subject-specific module providing during 2012 – 13.
  4. 4. The TOT programme is scheduled from 28th – 30th October, 2013 at allotted venues.
  5. 5. The district / divisional training will be held in two or three spells (depending on number of teachers) simultaneously to conduct all six subjects.
  6. 6. The Deputy Educational Officer will be the Course Director for U P Level Trainings. The DLMTs and CRPs (total 12 members) should Assist the Deputy Educational Officer.
  7. 7. The P.O / AMO has to identify the suitable venues in collaboration with Deputy Educational Officer for conduct of U P Level Trainings.
  8. Further the Project Officers of RVM (SSA) of Warangal, Nalgonda, Visakhapatnam, Guntur and Chittoor Districts are requested to plan to organize 3-day TOT programme from 28th – 30th October as following for the allotted participants.

         Therefore, the District Educational Officer, Project Officers of RVM (SSA) in the State are requested to make necessary arrangements to impart the training to U P Level teachers for the year 2013 – 14.
