Rc.07. SSA School Grants-Maintenance Grants Utilization Guidelines for 2014-15. Rc.No.07/ SSA/A 3/2014 Dt.28-06-2014. AP SSA (Previously RVM SSA) has issued Guidelines for Utilisation of SSA School Grants and School Maintenance Grants for 2014-15 Primary Schools and Upper Primary Schools in Andhra Pradesh.

All the project officers, Sarva Shikya Abhiyan in the state are informed that the following school grant and maintenance grants approved for the year 2014-15

The guidelines framed for utilizat1on of school grant and maintenance grants for year 2014-15 are herewith enclosed and they are therefore requested to follow the guidelines scrupulously without any deviation.

SSA School Grants Utilisation Guidelines 2014-15

SSA School Grants Utilisation Guidelines are as follows:
  1. Rs.5000 will be sanctioned to each Primary School as School Grant from SSA
  2. Rs.7000 will be sanctioned to each Upper Primary School as School Grant.
  3. These Grants can be utilized for purchasing Library Books, Stationary Items like Chalk Pieces, Pens, Pencils, Note Books, Dusters etc.,
  4. Can be Utilized For Purchasing Science Lab Materials, Items for Computer Education.
  5. Can be utilized for maintaining Cleanliness in Toilets, Paying Electricity Bills, providing Drinking Water facility to Schools.
  6. In all Aspects the Resolution from the concerned School Management Committee is mandatory.
  7. Even though Primary and Upper Primary Schools are located in the same premises, the Grants will be released separately.

SSA School Maintenance Grants Utilization Guidelines for 2014-15

The School Maintenance Grants Utilization Guidelines for 2014-15 are as follows:
  1. Rs.5000 will be sanctioned to Each school having Upto 3 Rooms.
  2. Rs.7000 will be sanctioned to each school having more than 3 Rooms.
  3. Even though Primary and Upper Primary Schools are located in the same premises, the Grants will be released separately.
  4. Primary Grants should be utilized for Primary Sections and UP Grants should be utilized for UP Section Only.
  5. Motivate community members for Donations.
  6. Grants can be utilized for White Washing, Electrical Repairs, Doors, Window Repairs, Chairs, Benches repairing, School Cleaning, Toilets Cleaning purposes etc.,,
  7. The resolution from School Management committee is mandatory.
  8. These grants can be utilized for providing Drinking Water facility.
