Rc.23 Further Guidelines for Conduct of School Complexes for Primary, UP Teachers

Rc.No23/SSA/A3/2014. Dt.23-08-2014. As per Rc.23 Dated 1.8.2014 Guidelines were issued for School Complex Level Trainings for 2014-15 for Primary and Upper Primary Level Teachers.  Now Revised and Further Guidelines issued Modifying the existing Guidelines. Details are given below.

Rc.23 Further Guidelines for Conduct of School Complex Level Trainings

Sub:-A.P.SSA-Conduct of School Complex Level Trainings at cluster level-Guidelines- Issued.

  • In continuation of instructions issued in the reference cited, All the District Educational Officers, the Project Officers, SSA are requested to follow the following further instructions for conduct of complex level trainings to the teachers in effective manner and report compliance. 
Schedule
  • 1. Primary section in subjects- 1. Telugu/English-(1) day. 2. Maths/EVS - (1) day. 
  • 2. Upper Primary section in subjects - 1.Maths. -2.Science.
  • After primary level trainings, plan to organize the complex meetings at primary.
  • After Upper primary trainings organize the complex meetings at Upper primary level.
Plan and conduct 1st complex level meetings in last week of August or first week of September.
1st complex schedule should be focused on

  • Summative Test-I question papers 
  • Child psychology &child rights 
  • PINDICs. 
  1. Ensure 100% teacher attendance. After complex meetings, furnish the teacher attendance and reasons for absence of teachers in the prescribed proforma communicated earlier. 
  2. Release the required budget to H.Ms in advance in order to pay the teachers as per prescribed guidelines and unit cost communicated by SPO 
  3. The Primary complex meetings should be conducted from 3.00 to 5 pm in primary schools with single teacher. 
  4. Where there are there are Two (2) or more teachers in a School, the complex meetings should be conducted for full (1) day 
  5. If necessary, involve subject experts other than Telugu/ Maths to finalize summative Question papers in complex meetings.
  6. The copies of PINDICs, QMT should be printed at a fixed rate on par with the other departments duly obtaining the approval of the respective District Collectors.
