Rc.646 Online Monitoring of School Visit Report-Child Info-Child Tracking System. Rc. 646/SSA/AP/A8/2014 Dated 4.8.2014. Instructions on - Online monitoring of School visit report by CRPs, Sectorals, Child Info & Child Tracking System and other filed level functionaries-for the year 2014- 2015. These Visits should be completed by 10th August 2014.

Rc.646 Online Monitoring of School Visit Report-Child Info-Child Tracking System


  1. All the Project Officers of Sarvan Shiksha Abhiyan anct District Educational Officers in the state are informed that it is decided to monitor the School Visit report, Child Info & Child Tracking System and other filed level functionaries by the Cluster Resource Persons, Sectorals through online from August, 2014 onwards.
  2. The daily visit report of DEO/ MEOs, CRPs and SectoralOfficers is prepared and annexed to these proceedings. The same are hosted in the web-site (childinfo.ssa.nic.in).
  3. Accordingly, the Cluster Resource persons should visit the schools every day as per their job chart and complete all schools in a month and they should upload their visit report every day. Further in Child Info & Child Tracking System certain following new modules have been added in the Child Info web site. All the concerned school HMs have to update the data entry in 1st class and TC issue process. These reports shall be monitored at mandal level by the concerned MEO  and School Complex HM.

  • 1. In School/New Admission 
  • 2. Out of School 
  • 3. Search for child (TC issued/ dropout) 
  • 4. TC issue 
  • 5. Dropout 
  • 6. Update the student details (Class, Promotion, Medium etc) 
   Similarly District Sectoral officers and other field level functionaries have to visit the schools as per their job chart. They should submit their visit report in the Web site. These reports shall be monitored at District by the Project Officer. Based on the reports, the Project Officers should monitor the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan activities under RTE Act 2009.
Therefore the Project Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Mandal Educational Officers and Cluster Resource Persons to follow the above guidelines and complete the data entry in 1st class in Child Tracking System by 10th August 2014.

Guidelines to the Upload the Information in the  Web site of Child Info

DB password will be active from ie. 1.8.2014 at 2.00pm. Previous year data,we already uploaded in the database (child info application) student details follows.

Step-I(New Admission):- 
  • 1st class admission and if any child details not available in the child info website (database) then only please enter the child details first time in the child info Website under "In School Module" in the Child Info web site. 
Step-II(Update):
  • Please update the first "TC Issued and "Drop out " details under TC Issued Module and Drop out Module in the Child Info web site. 
Step-III (TC Issued/Drop out:-
  • If any child TC Issued or Drop out Do not entered details once again. 
  • If entered it comes duplicate. So please select those students already enter or pick up in Drop out Box Module in Child info Web site. 
Step-IV (Medium/Double promotion):
  • If child taken Double promotion please update class of child under  Student Details (Class, Medium) Module in Child Info Web site. If child Changed Medium please update medium under Student Details(Class, Medium) Module in Child Info Web site.
