GO.7 OP Treatment for Chronic Diseases-Tie up with Private Hospitals in Nellore, Vizanagaram, WG Districts

Outpatient treatment for chronic ailments in notified Government hospitals – Notification of list of Government hospitals – Certain amendment – Orders – Issued. G.O.MS.No.7 Dated:23 -01-2015.  GO.7 Outpatient Treatment for Chronic- Tie up with Private Hospitals in Nellore, Vizanagaram, WG Districts.
Read the following:
1. G.O.Ms.No.150 HM&FW (I.1) Dept dated 04-12-2014.
2. From the Chief Executive Officer, Aarogyasri Health Care Trust  Letter No.1159-2 /P&C /EHS /2014 dt.24-12-2014.

ORDER:

1. In the G.O. first read above orders were issued declaring the Government hospitals mentioned in the annexure appended to the G.O., as ‘notified hospitals’, for providing OP treatment for chronic diseases / yearly health checkup under Employees Health Scheme.
2. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Chief Executive Officer, Aarogyasri Health Care Trust has informed that in item ‘C’ of the annexure, which was furnished by him earlier, certain omissions have inadvertently occurred and he has requested to substitute the same with the revised list now enclosed.
3. 3. After careful examination, the following amendment is issued to the G.O. first read above:

AMENDMENT

In the annexure to G.O.Ms.No.150 HM&FW (I.1) Dept dated 04-12-2014, for Item “C. District Hospitals under the control of APVVP”, the following shall be substituted, namely:

(The Chronic OP Packages available in the District Hospitals are given under column (iii).
The Private Hospitals which provide services for the remaining Chronic OP Packages are given in column (iv).)

• The Medical Superintendents of the concerned District Hospitals shall make tie-up arrangements with above mentioned Private Teaching Hospitals and also refer the cases to the above mentioned hospitals, for providing services which are not available in the District Hospitals.
