Memo 52955 Blind Teachers not to be insisted for Transfers from their Present Place. Govt. Memo No.52955/Ser-ll/Al/2015,dated: l0.09.2015. Govt of Andhra Pradesh has suggested modifications in Transfers for Visually Challenged Teachers. "Not to Insist the Transfer of Visually Challenged teachers from their place if they find it more accessible easy to commute on daily base. The Detailed copy is given below for reference.
