Sub:- School Education - Representation of certain teachers union in the Kurnool district for issuing promotion to I he LPs, SGTs, PETs for the post of SA (Languages) and SA (P.Ed.) - Certain clarification for Including three (03) Language pandit names in Seniority list to the post of School Assistant (Languages) -Regarding.

2. i) Consider the request of the applicant for promotion if they denied/evades promotion for but time only as per G.O.Ms.No.145 dated 15-06-2004.
3. ii) Don't consider their request If they evaded/unwilling to join the promotion post In two times as per G.O.Ms.No. 227 General Administration (Services-D) Deportment dated: 30.05.2014 and they shall lose their promotion permanently.
4. This has got the approval of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravati.
