Details of the Memo is as follows:
  1. The attention of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. is invited to the reference 2. cited. He is informed that any SC/ST employee can be deputed for acquiring of higher educational qualification which is prerequisite for further promotion according to the rules with in the country with full pay and allowances as per G.O. 1st cited. The deputation is meant for acquiring higher educational qualification which is a pre-requisite for further promotion, but not only for next immediate promotion.
  2. 2. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. is further informed that since having a B.Ed. degree is a must for future promotion to a higher rank of Deputy Director/DEO, is G.Apparao Naidu, Superintendent, O/o.SCERT, A.P., Amaravati is eligible for deputation to acquire higher educational qualification (i.e) B.Ed. two years course training on payment of full .1a, without loss of Leave as per the conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.342, Social Welfare (133) Dept., dated 30.08.1977.
  3. 3. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. is directed to take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
