Notice to APNGO's Association Letter No. GAD01

Sir,
  • Sub: Services Welfare - Certain allegations against A.P.NGOs' Association -Resumption of Govt. Lands allotted to the Association for illegal utilization -Violating the Rules -Necessary action-ATR-Caned for- Reg.
Ref:- 
  • 1. G.O.Ms.No. 264, G.A. (SW) Dept., dt: 22.6.2001.
  • 2. From Sri G. Ramachandra Rao, Pharmacist Grade-II, Kurnool District Reptn. Dt: 08.11.2019 (petition under spandana).

The President/General Secretary, APNGOs' Association is invited to the reference 1st cited and a copy of the representation 2nd cited is herewith with enclosed. He is requested to furnish the information on the following immediately, failing which suitable action will be taken against the Association under Rules issued in reference 1st cited:-
  • (i) The APNGOs' Association misused the recognition of the Association and targeted the individual employees in grave violation of the provisions of G.O.Ms.No. 264, G.A.(SW) Dept., dt: 22.6.2001; (ii) The APNGOs' Association has not furnished annually total No. of its members, updated copies of bye-laws and audited statements of its accounts to the Govt. as per para 3(2) (a) (e) of G.O.Ms.No.264, G.A.(SW) Dept., dt: 22.6.2001.
  • (iii) The APNGO's Association, Kurnool District Branch Kurnool Town Branch and all its Taluk Branches did not disclose the strength of the members and they are in practice of fabricating and creating false list of members.
  • (iv) The petitioner while citing the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.264, G.A.(SW) Dept., dt: 22.6.2001, he has stated that the APNGOs' Association is liable for derecognition on the above said irregularities.
2. The President/General Secretary, AP NGOs' Association is requested to furnish remarks on the following allegation of the petitioner:
  • "As per rule 3(2), (a) (iv) of G.Q. No.264, G.A.(SW) Dept., dt: 22.6.2001, if service association allows any person other than member to address a of its meetings, the Government may withdraw recognition accorded to any service association. The APNGOs' Association held meeting at Tirupati in 2018 wherein Ex- CM Nara Chandra Babu Naidu and Council of Ministers took part and address the meeting."
