Online applications are invited for Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance test through Online (DEECET-2021) for selection of candidates for admission into two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) offered in Government District institutes of Education and Training (DIETs) and in Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions in the A.P. State during the academic years 2021-2023.info from www.apteachers.in Candidates can apply only through online from https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apcfss.in from 01-10-2021 to 15-10-2021. Detailed notification along with eligibility criteria and guidelines for submission of applications through online may be downloaded from the above website from 01-10-2021. Manual applications will not be accepted in any form.

Candidates can apply for DEECET – 2021
Candidates can apply for DEECET–2021 to be held on 26-10-2021 & 27-10-2021. Applications will be received only through ‘ONLINE’ DEECET website https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apcfss.in from 01-10-2021 to 15-10-2021.. 

Steps to be followed in submission of application on line.
The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the DEECET website https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apcfss.in go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for DEECET-2021.

AP DEECET 2021 Fee:

The fee towards submission of application online and for the conduct of examination is Rs.600/-. Candidates shall pay the fee through Payment Gateway from 01-10-2021 to 14-10-2021 and submit online application at the DEECET website https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apcfss.in from 01-10-2021 to 15-10-2021.
Procedure for Applying Online:
  • i. The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the DEECET website https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apcfss.in and go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for DEECET-2021.
  • ii. The candidate after satisfying herself/himself about the eligibility criteria for DEECET shall pay a fee of Rs.600/- through Payment Gateway from 01-10-2021 to 14-10-2021. For submission of application through Online up to 15-10-2021. 
Educational Qualifications:
(a) The candidate should have passed or appeared for the Intermediate Examination (Qualifying Exam) or its equivalent as decided by the DEECET Committee for appearing at the DEECET. However, he/she should have passed the qualifying examination at the time of admission.

(b) The candidates should have secured 50% of marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination for appearing in the DEECET for both ‘A’ and ‘B’ category seats. The minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying Examination for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45% for both ‘A’ and ‘B’ category seats. The candidates who passed Intermediate with Vocational Courses are not eligible.. 
Subject wise allotment of seats for admission into D.El.Ed. course
1. Mathematics - 25% of seats
2. Physical Science - 25% of seats
3. Biological Science - 25% of seats
4. Social Studies - 25% of seats

ELEGIBILITY FOR Subjects:-
1. Mathematics:- Those who studied Mathematics as a subject at Intermediate level
2. Physical Science: - Those who studied Physics & Chemistry as subjects at Intermediate level
3. Biological Science: - Those who studied Botany & Zoology as subjects at Intermediate level
4. Social Studies: - Those who studied any of two subjects out of Civics, Economics, History, Geography and Commerce at Intermediate level

For seats in all Government DIETs and Category ‘A’ and ‘B’ seats of Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions
