Child Info UPDATE Latest Instructions 11th Oct 2021 - Memo ESE02-28
Sub: School Education - Updation of Child-Info - Certain irregularities - Reg.Ref:
1. Child info for the year 2021-22 2. UDISE errors for the year 2020-21communicated by GOI.
All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that during the verification of Child-info data 2020-21, certain discrepancies have been identified for uploading the details of the students in the Child-Info website. The details and action to be taken as given below:

1 | No Aadhaar Students | 60756 | The Headmaster should download the report and follow-up with the students/parents and inform about the importance of Aadhaar Numbers and advise them to obtain the Aadhaar numbers from the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra I Enrolment centre. |
2 | Multiple Aadhaar numbers for the same Student | 26338 | [The headmasters should update the correct student Aadhaar and drop the duplicate student on or before 25/11/2021. Else all such student's data will be removed from child info after the stipulated time. |
3 | One Child Aadhaar same but having two different Child ids | 52713 | |
4 | Child Aadhaar and Parent/ Guardian Aadhaar same | 29123 | The headmaster should update the parent and child Aadhaar separately and ensure all the data updated correctly. |
5 | Having only Aadhaar Enrolment No ( EID ) | 51587 | The headmaster should inform the parents to obtain the Aadhaar numbers from the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra / Enrolment centre. |
6 | No Bank Accounts details in child-info | 172513 | The headmaster should obtain the Bank passbook Xerox copy and update the account number in the child-info. |
3. Further, they should also be informed that all invalid data will be removed if it is not updated on or before 25-l0-2021. The related reports are enabled in School Logins.
