AP Pattadar Passbook Rules 1989 Amendments - New Amended Forms Download

In exercise of the powers conferred by the subsection (1) of Section 11 of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (Act No.26 of 1971), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh here by makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 issued in G.O.Ms No.570, Revenue (D.O.A. &R) Department dt.08.06.1989, subsequently amended from time to time, and they are here by published for the general information in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette as required under sub section - 1 of Section 11 of the said Act.

Notice is hereby given that the said amendments will be taken into consideration by the Government after the expiry of (12) days from the date of publication of the notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazettee and any objections or suggestions if any received before the expiry of the period will be considered by the Government of the Andhra Pradesh.

(1)The Objections and suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue (Lands) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Velagapudi.

AMENDMENTS

1. In Rule(2) after sub section (h), the following definitions may be inserted:

(i)"Land Parcel" means Agricultural Land having an assigned numeric code for which location and boundaries are marked;

(1) "Unique Id” means Unique Identification number assigned to Land Parcel holding of a Agricultural Land;

(k)words and expressions used but not defined in these rules but defined in the AP Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass books Act 1971, shall have the same meanings assigned to them in these Rules. 

2. After Rule 9(1) (a) (i) the following proviso shall be added namely:

Provided, the Revenue Inspector or Deputy Tahsildar of the office of the Tahsildar concerned or such other officer as may be prescribed, shall scrutinize every claim before passing of the orders by the Recording Authority. 
3. After Rule 9(1)(a) (ii) the following proviso shall be added namely:
Provided, the Revenue Inspector or Deputy Tahsildar of the office of the Tahsildar concerned or such other officer as may be prescribed, shall scrutinize every claim before passing of the orders by the Recording Authority. 
4. After Rule 9(1)(a)(iii) the following proviso shall be added namely:
Provided, the Revenue Inspector or Deputy Tahsildar of the office of the Tahsildar concerned or such other officer as may be prescribed, shall scrutinize every claim before passing of the orders by the

Recording Authority. 
5.For the Rule 14(4) the following shall be replaced The new Sub division number or land parcels, as shown in the confirmed Record of Rights shall be measured and mapped in the concerned records as per the procedure laid down and the fee shall be recoverable from the concerned ryots as arrears of land revenue. The extent noted in respect of each land parcel of each sub-division on the Record of Rights Register, shall be subject to correction, wherever necessary after the completion of measurement of the new sub-division of the Land Parcel.

6. In Rule 14 (A) (1) after the words "Survey numbers/ sub-division numbers" the following shall be added namely:
"and Land Parcel Number and Unique Id of the Land Parcel” 
7.In Rule 18(2) the expression "at a Citizen Service Centre (eg. MeeSeva Centre) or Online (as and when the facility is available)" shall be replaced with the following words namely:
"Either at MeeSeva Centre or Village Secretariat”. 
8.In Rule 19 (1) after the expression "sub divisions” the following words shall be added namely:
"or New Land Parcel Number and Unique Identification Number"
9. Amended forms are annexed to this order.
