Government of AP granted permission to release notification for 6511 various Sub Inspector Posts and Police Constables posts recruitment very soon. ORDER:
The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri has stated that previous recruitment of Civil Police and other specialized units was conducted in the year 2019. Subsequently, many vacancies have arisen due to retirements, promotions and casualties.
Moreover, weekly off has to be given as a welfare measure to all the men as decided by the Government in the manifesto which entails an additional strength of 10781 for its effective implementation.
The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh has further stated that the Government of India has conveyed the sanction for raising of four Indian Reserve Battalions (IR Bns) in AP as per the following schedule, with the cadre strength of 96 RSIS & 2520 PC:
