The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the references read above and they are requested to follow the below instructions during rationalization of Surplus working Headmasters, School Assistant and Secondary Grade Teachers in their respective districts.
  • 1. Working Surplus Headmasters should be allotted in descending order in High Schools (Class 3 - 10) only.
  • 2. Working Surplus School Assistants should be allotted in descending order in High Schools (Class 3 - 10) & High Schools (Class 6 - 10).
  • 3. Working Surplus SGTs should be allotted in descending order in Foundation Plus Schools and Foundation Schools.
  • 4. Mention the vacancies of SGTs in Pre-High Schools having enrollment <98 as LP-Telugu(SGT) & LP-Hindi(SGT) and SGTs.
The above instructions should be followed scrupulously without any deviation.
