It has came to the notice of the undersigned that, certain Deputy Educational Officers/ Mandal Educational Officers in the state are engaging/entertaining the Teachers or union bearers during/beyond the school hours for getting the office work done viz. Preparation and submission of the salary bills, updation of Service Registers, processing of the Leaves etc., which is highly irregular and against the government rules and regulations.

Therefore, all the Deputy Educational Ofcers/ Mandal Educational Ofcers in the state are hereby strictly instructed not to utilize the services of the Teachers / union representatives for getting any type of non-academic /ofce work in their ofces. Any deviation of these orders will be viewed very seriously and disciplinary action will be initiated against the ofcer concerned as per the Rule 20 of AP CC&A Rules-1991, without any prior notice.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are instructed to monitor closely and ensure that, no teacher is entertained for the non-academic office work. They are further instructed that, if any instance come to their notice, disciplinary action should be initiated immediately against the officer concerned as per rules in force under intimation to this office.
