Sub: School Education – SSC public Examination, April-2023 – Teachers who involved in SSC Malpractices during 2022 – Instructions issued to stay in the concerned Tahasildar offices during the examination hours of SSC April, 2023 – Revised Instructions – Issued.

In partial modification of the orders issued in the reference read above, the Regional Joint Director of School Education, YSR Kadapa and District Educational Officer's Chittoor, Eluru, Nandyala, Krishna and Prakasam are hereby directed to instruct the teachers who were involved in SSC Malpractices during 2022 to report before their respective Headmasters where they are working during the examination hours of SSC April-2023 i.e., 09.00AM to 01.00 PM scheduled from 03.04.2023 to 18.04.2023 and to handover their mobile phones to the Headmasters Concerned.


If the said school is having SSC examination center then, they are instructed to report in their respective O/o Mandal Educational Officer and to handover their mobiles to the Mandal Educational Officer's until completion of SSC examinations.
 
These orders should be followed scrupulously without any deviation.

The attention of Regional Joint Director, YSR Kadapa, District Educational Officer Chittoor, Eluru, NTR Krishna, Nandyala, Prakasam is invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein certain Teachers, Headmaster were suspended due to their involvement in SSC Malpractices during the Public Examination held during 2022 and Criminal Charges/Department enquiries/Disciplinary charges framed against them were reinstated into services and posted accordingly.

Further they are informed that, Keeping in view of the cases filed against them and in order to ensure that they don't commit similar mistakes during the SSC Public Examinations, April 2023 it is hereby ordered direct these teachers and Headmasters to report to the concerned Tahalsidhar Offices from 09.00AM to 01.00 PM on the days of the SSC Public Examination, April-2023 scheduled from 03.04.2023 to 18.04.2023.

These orders should be followed scrupulously without any deviation.
