• 4. Meeting was convened on 03.03.2023 in the O/o CSE., A.P, Ibrahimpatnam with certain PGTs of A.P Model Schools/JLs from APSWREIS/HM from ZPHS to elicit views/opinions/suggestions.
• 5. U.O Note ESE02/257/2023/APMS-CBSE SCHOOLS -CSE,dated: 02/05/2023 of the Secretary, A.P. Model Schools., A.P., Ibrahimpatnam.

While communicating a copy of the reference 5th cited all the District Educational Officers in the state and they are informed that Government of A.P, have accorded permission to upgrade 294 Government High Schools into High School Plus for girls i.e., Junior Colleges exclusively for girls in every mandal duly advising to ofer only two courses based on local requirements instead of 03 groups in M.P.C, Bi.P.C& C.E.C @ 40 students to each group from the academic year 2022- 23 with an aim to promote the status of girl child in the society as well as incentivize girls education through various schemes and programs in the reference 3rd cited.

2. In this connection, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to identify the vacant SGT posts as per the below table and submit the information as per the Annexure to this office immediately.

3. Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to call for willingness from the Eligible School Assistants on or before 09.05.2022, those who were having requisite qualifications prescribed in the reference 5th read above to the above subjects, as per the table and prepare the seniority list among them and submit the lists on or before 10.05.2022 to this office without fail.

4. Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested inform to the willing candidates on the below points

• a. That Profciency/ eloquence in English, test to be conducted to establish the standards of teaching and their expertise in concerned subject matters. (Mode of test will be intimated later)Those who are qualifed in the Test, Eligible School Assistants may be posted in High School plus for Girls as per the seniority through counseling by giving one increment.
• b. But for promotion channel and the counting of their seniority in School Assistant Cadre shall be remained intact, so as to avoid further legal complications in future.

5. In this regard, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take necessary action for upgrading the vacant SGT posts to SA posts as per the above table and submit the seniority lists and Annexures for taking further necessary action in the matter.
