The Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers (Erstwhile) in the state are informed that Government in G.O.Ms.No.59 SE (PS) Dept., Dt.22.06.2023 in the reference 4th cited have issued orders for rationalization of posts and filling up of vacancies in Private aided institutions in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1 Education (P.S.2) Dept., Dated 01.01.1994 and under sections 19 and 25 of the RTE Act, 2009 within the sanctioned aided posts.

As per the provisions above GO, the rationalization of teaching posts shall be taken up in all the private aided- schools in your district /Zone, duly considering the enroll as on the last working day ( 30.04.23) of the previous academic year ( 2022-23), as per the UDISE database.

A committee is hereby constituted with the following officers to conduct rationalization for surplus teachers working in Private Aided Schools in a smooth manner.

1. Regional Joint Director of School Education concerned Chairman
3. District Educational Officer (Erstwhile) Member Convenor 
4. District Educational Officer concerned Member

Therefore, they are requested to complete the rationalization process by 15.07.2023 and submit a detail report duly mentioning the number of posts required, the number of aided teachers working, the number of surplus posts and the number of teachers required.

The Regional Joint Directors are requested to personally monitor the entire process and see that the rationalization is completed in a smooth manner within the stipulated time since the same has to be appraised before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in various contempt cases pending on this subject.
