ఈ రోజు విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి, అధికారులతో జరిగిన చర్చల సారాంశం:

(1) జీవోలు 117, 128 మరియు 60 ప్రకారం 31.07.2023 నాటికి గల విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యను బట్టి ప్రభుత్వ, మండల పరిషత్/ జిల్లా పరిషత్ పాఠశాలల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు వర్క్ అడ్జస్ట్ మెంట్ చేస్తారు. (1) స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్, (2) అదే మండలం, (3) ప్రక్క మండలం / డివిజన్ క్రమంలో ఈ వర్క్ అడ్జస్ట్ మెంట్ ఉంటుంది.
(2) పై విధంగానే మునిసిపల్ పాఠశాలల్లో కూడా వర్క్ అడ్జస్ట్ మెంట్ చేస్తారు (1) అదే మున్సిపాలిటీ, (2) ప్రక్క మున్సిపాలిటీ
(3) మునిసిపల్ సర్వీస్ రూల్స్ మరో రెండు నెలలు పట్టవచ్చు.
(4) మున్సిపాలిటీలలో పనిచేస్తున్న మరియు ఇంటర్, డిఎడ్ అర్హతలు కలిగిన SGT లకు 12 సం. స్కేల్ పొందుటకు PAT పరీక్ష నిర్వహించేందుకు త్వరలో నోటిఫికేషన్ ఇస్తామని చెప్పారు.
(4) మునిసిపల్ టీచర్స్ మెడికల్ రీయింబర్స్ మెంట్ బిల్లులు పెట్టుకునేందుకు డీడీఓ లాగిన్ లో మ్యాపింగ్ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి అయ్యింది. త్వరలో ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ ట్రస్ట్ తో లింక్ అప్ చేస్తారు.
(5) ఇటీవల బదిలీ అయి రిలీవ్ కాకుండా మిగిలిపోయిన 435 టీచర్లను రిలీవ్ చేస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు ఇస్తారు.
(6) KGBV లలో తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీషు పీజీ టీచర్లుగా పనిచేస్తున్న 142 మంది సర్వీసులను పునరుద్ధరిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసినట్లు తెలిపారు.
(7) పదవ తరగతి పరీక్షలకు సంబంధించి ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుండి సైన్స్ పరీక్ష మరల రెండు పేపర్లుగా విభజిస్తూ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. పిఎస్ (17ప్రశ్నలు - 50 మార్కులు), బిఎస్ (17 ప్రశ్నలు - 50 మార్కులు) రెండు వేర్వేరుగా పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తారు.
(8) ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుండి కాంపోజిట్ తెలుగు వంటి పరీక్షలు ఉండవు. లాంగ్వేజ్ లకు సంబంధించిన పరీక్షలు పూర్తి స్థాయిలో 100 మార్కులకు ఉంటాయి.
(9) ఉపాధ్యాయుల జీతాల సమస్యకు సంబంధించి బదిలీల జీఓకు ఫైనాన్స్ ఆమోదం లభించింది. దాని ప్రకారం విద్యాశాఖ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేస్తుంది. అది కూడా ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆమోదం కూడా పొందాలి. అది వచ్చేలోపు కొత్తగా అప్ గ్రేడ్ అయిన 470 స్కూల్స్, కొత్తగా మంజూరు చేసిన 13 ఎంఇఓ పోస్టులకు డీడీఓ కోడ్స్ కేటాయిస్తారు. వీటన్నిటినీ మ్యాప్ చేసేందుకు మరి కొద్ది రోజులు పడుతుంది. కాబట్టి సమస్య పరిష్కారం మరొక 4,5 రోజులు పట్టే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఆ మేరకు అరియర్ బిల్స్ సబ్మిషన్ కు మరో వారం రోజులు పొడిగించే ఏర్పాటు చేస్తారు.

Work Adjustment Of Subject Teachers/SGTs As Per The Requirement Based On The Enrolment As On 30.07.2023

ZPP/MPP & Govt. Management

➢ Rationalization of teachers were completed based on the previous academic year enrolment as on 31.08.2022.

➢ At present there is need/surplus of teachers in some schools based on 30.07.2023 enrolment. Hence, there is a need of work adjustment of teachers in all managements.

➢ Surplus SAs/SGTs based on 30.07.2023 enrolment may be deputed as per the following preferences:

▪ To the schools where no Subject teacher or SGT available.
▪ Work adjustment of teachers shall be with in the management.
• Within the mandal.
• Within the School complex.
• Adjacent Mandal/Division.
• Intra Management.

➢ Plain area surplus teachers shall be forcibly deputed to work in upland area/ agency area.

Municipal Management
➢ Rationalization in municipal management was not taken due to pending of Municipal service rules. It is under examination of the Government.

➢ Based on 30.07.2023 enrolment there is a need of work adjustment of teachers in all municipal schools.

➢ Surplus SAs/SGTs based on 30.07.2023 enrolment may be deputed as per the following preferences:

▪ To the schools where no Subject teacher or SGT available.
▪ Work adjustment of teachers shall be with in the municipality.
• Near by municipality with in the District (erstwhile).
• Intra Management.

DETAILS OF WORK ADJUSTMENT OF TEACHERS ON WORKING IN MPP/ZPP MANAGEMENT SCHOOLS IN THE STATE - BASED ON THE ENROLMENT AS ON 31.07.2023 - AS PER G.O MS.NO. 117 & G.O MS.NO 128

SSC EXAMINATION REFORMS 2023

SCIENCE PAPER (100M)

• For Quality Assessment and Evaluation, the following reforms are proposed in Science paper in SSC Examinations w.e.f 2023-24 AY

• Science Question Paper will be divided into two Separate Question Papers i.e., Physical Science (50M) and Biological Science (50M) with17 Questions in each paper.

• Physical Science and Biological Science Examinations will be conducted on two different days with a duration of 2Hours each.

Discontinuation of First Language Composite Course

• Composite First Language Paper i.e., Telugu/Sanskrit, Urdu/Hindi, Urdu/Arabic and Urdu/Persian will be discontinued from 2023-24 academic year to create level playing field among all the students in SSC Public Examinations.

ACADEMIC FUNCTIONS:
