Cultural festival will be organized by VVIT every with the Name Balotsav- 2023. The CSE has also issued Memo.No.ESE02-30/74/2023-A&I -CSE Date: 21/11/2023 informing all Schools to participate in this Cultural Event to he held from 11th Dec to 13th Dec in various Cultural Activities.

VVIT Balotsav is an international annual inter-school residential cultural festival for Telugu children, organized Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT ), Nambur. VVIT is very much thankful to the Department of School Education for the continuous support in successful conduction of Balotsav festivals since 2017. We are very much thankful for your consent extended for the current year also.
In this connection, we are happy to provide free lodge and board facilities to the participants and their team leads.

It is my pleasure to inform you that we have resumed the great event of showcasing the talents of young school children of our state and from abroad through a prestigious cultural extravaganza - VVIT BALOTSAV-2023 held from 11th December to 13th December 2023. Dt:18-11-2023
VVIT Balotsav is an international annual inter-school residential cultural festival for Telugu children, organized Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT ), Nambur. VVIT is very much thankful to the Department of School Education for the continuous support in successful conduction of Balotsav festivals since 2017. We are very much thankful for your consent extended for the current year also.
Every year, a three-day festival featuring competitions in as many as 61 events ranging from classical and folk dances to on-the-spot drawing, quiz, elocution, street play, spell-bee, analysis, short film review, instrumental music and a wide array of exciting cultural and literary events. Almost ten thousand students from various states participated in the competitions organized for sub-juniors (Nursery to Class IV), juniors (Class V to VII) and seniors (Class VIII to X).
In this connection, we are happy to provide free lodge and board facilities to the participants and their team leads.
We request you to kindly inform about the event among all the schools under your esteemed leadership.
We also request you encourage the Principals/Headmasters of various schools to depute a
contingent of respective school children as per the guidelines enclosed and register their teams either online or by post/courier. We also request you please provide phone numbers and email-id of all schools to us, so that we can circulate all information about VVIT Balotsav.

పోటీలకు ప్రవేశ రుసుము లేదు.ఇతర జిల్లాలు - రాష్ట్రాల నుండి వచ్చువారికి ఉచిత వసతి మరియు భోజన సౌకర్యం కలదు.

- సబ్ జూనియర్స్ - నర్సరీ నుండి 4వ తరగతి వరకు
- జూనియర్స్ - 5వ తరగతి నుండి 7వ తరగతి వరకు
- సీనియర్స్ - 8వ తరగతి నుండి 10వ తరగతి వరకు
- Nursery to 4th Class considered as Sub Juniors Category
- 5th to 7th Class will be considered as Juniors Category
- 8th to 10th Class will be considered as Seniors Category
VVIT Balotsav 2023 Rules
నియమనిబంధనలు :
1. ప్రపంచంలో ఏదేశంలో నివసిస్తున్న తెలుగు విద్యార్థులు వివిఐటి బాలోత్సవ్ - 2023 పోటీలలో పాల్గొనుటకు అర్హులు.
2. ప్రతి విద్యార్థి తాము చదువుచున్న పాఠశాల నుండి గుర్తింపు కార్డు తెచ్చుకోవాలి. స్కూల్ యూనిఫారంలో పోటీలలో పాల్గొనరాదు.

5. పోటీదారులు తాము పాల్గొనే అంశాలను ధ్రువీకరిస్తూ పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల నుండి అనుమతి పొందిన పత్రం జతపరచాలి.
6. పోటీలకు కేటాయించిన కాలపరిమితిలోనే అంశాలను పూర్తిచేయాలి. అదనపు సమయం తీసుకున్నచో అనర్హతగా భావించబడుతుంది.
7. ఒక విద్యార్థి ఒకే సమయంలో రెండు మూడు పోటీలలో పాల్గొనరాదు. ఒకే రోజు వేరువేరు సమయాలలో జరిగే పోటీలలో పాల్గొనవచ్చు.
8. జానపద నృత్యాలు ప్రదర్శించేవారు వైవిధ్యభరితమైనవి, అశ్లీలత లేనివాటిని మాత్రమే ఎంపిక చేసుకోవాలి. అశ్లీల నృత్యప్రదర్శనలను నిషేధించే అధికారం న్యాయనిర్ణేతలకు ఉంది.
