School Education - Mission Zero vacancies of teachers from the starting of Academic Year 2024-25 - Filling up of the vacancies of Direct Recruitment quota of 6,100 teachers in School Education, Tribal Welfare, BC Welfare Society and Social Welfare Society, by way of direct recruitment through DSC-2024, on payment of consolidated remuneration, during the apprenticeship for a period of (2) years and filling up of the rest of the promotional vacancies in School Education through conversion, inter management transfers within the District, in a Time bound manner - Orders- Issued.

Mission Zero Vacancies - Promotions to Teachers through Conversion / Inter Management Transfers 

ORDER :

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of School Education
  •  (i) to fill up the vacancies of Direct Recruitment quota of 6,100 teachers in School Education, Tribal Welfare, BC Welfare, Society and Social Welfare Society, by way of direct recruitment through DSC-2024, duly placing them under apprenticeship for a period of (2) years on consolidated remuneration and 
  • (ii) to fill up the rest of the promotional vacancies in School Education through conversion, inter management transfers within the District, in a Time bound manner, so as to ensure that there is no vacancy of teachers in Schools, as a part of Mission Zero vacancies of teachers from the starting of Academic Year 2024-25, subject to the following conditions:-
i. The notification be limited only to clear vacancies as notified by the Departments concerned. The posts occupied by any kind of existing contractual/ outsourcing appointments whatsoever, shall be deleted. 

ii. The candidates on the selection and appointment will be paid consolidated pay as decided later, for a period of 2 years. They will be given scale of pay after satisfactory completion of 2 years probation.

2. The Commissioner of School Education shall take further necessary action accordingly and shall send necessary guidelines for conducting DSC, 2024, for approval of the Government.
