After careful examination of the lists submitted by the District Educational Officers, it is observed that the selection process has been completed as per the guidelines issued. As such, the Director of School Education hereby approve the selection as per the list furnished in Annexure-I and hereby accord permission for deputation of the selected candidates to work at DIETs under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions initially for a period of one year in terms of the orders issued by the Government in the reference 1st read above.
T h e Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and DIET Principals in the State are further informed that after selecting the above candidates, certain posts still remain vacant for want of candidates in certain DIETS. Hence, the previous faculty is retained, provided the previous faculty has not completed more than 4 ½ years of deputation under FSTC. The details of such candidates is appended to this proceedings in Annexure-II
Further they are informed that the selected candidates shall submit a declaration/undertaking to the DIET Principals concerned to the following effect:
The above undertakings/declarations shall be preserved by the DIET Principals at DIETs for safe custody.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are requested to relieve the incumbents and instruct them to join in their respective DIETs immediately. They are also informed to take necessary action to fill the vacancies in the respective schools to ensure that academic activities do not suffer and avoid hardships to the students.
The DIET Principals are requested to intimate the date of joining of the newly deputed faculty to the Director, SCERT promptly without fail. Treat this reference as Most Urgent
