2 | Study Leave Vacancies (Academic Years 2024–2026): | Vacancies arising due to study leave during 2024– 2026 will be shown as clear vacancies in the counselling process. However, the concerned teacher (whether they have completed 8 years of service or not) shall not be eligible to participate in the Teacher Transfer Counselling. Left over vacancies after counselling of the concerned category will be used for allotment to the study leave teachers for claiming of their salary. | |
3 | Surplus Status in SA Subject with HM Promotion Case: | In cases where two teachers are working in the same SA subject in a school and one post is declared as surplus: • If one of the teacher, out of two teachers is eligible for promotion to the post of Headmaster Gr.II in ensuing promotion counselling, then the junior teacher is to be applied compulsorily for transfer. However, if the senior teacher is promoted as HM after the promotion counselling, then the junior teacher name may be removed from transfer list of the concerned subject. In that context, the junior teacher will be retained in the same school in the same subject. |

Upper cap of 5 years as station points for Headmasters. The Headmaster working in the same school as School Assistant and promoted as HM in the same school and continuously working 7 years in both cadres. But, now he is applying for transfer in the cadre of Headmaster. In this context his service counted in the Headmaster cadre and School Assistant cadre, both can be counted maximum 5 years only. Hence, points can be calculated for 5 years only. | |
