State Level Workshop to reconcile the data pertaining to school structures and teaching posts in AP. Memo No.ESE02-13027/10/2025-EST 3-CSE,dated:28-10-2025
All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that Teacher reapportionment,Transfers and Promotions were completed during June-2025, and 7,188 School Assistants and 6,420 Secondary Grade Teachers were recruited under Mega DSC-2025. Certain grievances regarding school structure and cadre strength were verified and necessary corrections were made.
However,issues such as non-sanctioned posts and non-creation of Position IDs were noticed in some districts.Therefore,all DEOs are instructed to reverify and update the school structure,sanctioned posts,and Position IDs in coordination with the MEOs,Services Section and IT Section to ensure uniformity and standardization of data across all levels.
In this connection,it is proposed to conduct workshop at State Level with below mentioned field officers in the month of November-2025.The objective of the workshop is to reconcile the data pertaining to school structures and teaching posts between field offices and the DSE database,resolve any residual discrepancies and ensure that all levels of administration operate with a common and accurate data framework
All the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to depute the above staff to this office as per the schedule in November 2025 to streamline and standardize the data related to school structure,sanctioned posts,and Position IDs across all districts.They are instructed to attend the State Level Workshop with all relevant information without fail.No exemptions will be entertained.

- i.One Assistant Director/One Superintendent erstwhile and new district who involved in the above work.
- ii.One Assistant Statistical Officer/Assistant Programme Officer of erstwhile and new district who involved in the above work.
- iii.Mandal Educational Officer-1 of the concerned Mandal.
- iv.One MIS Coordinator/Data Entry Officer from each mandal who is well versed on structure and cadre strength at mandal level.
