ORDER:
The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are invited to the references read above and they are informed that as part of the Gnana Prakash 60-Day Certificate Course (Year-2) under SALT Programme four (04) online modules comprising nineteen (19) instructional videos have been developed in coordination with SCERT-Andhra Pradesh and Pratham.

In addition to the above, the course includes a Pre-Test to be attempted before commencement of the online course and a Post-Test to be completed at the end of the course. Further, each module consists of instructional videos to be viewed, quizzes to be attempted, and PDF reading materials to be studied as part of the learning process.
1. Disseminate the information about the Gnana Prakash Year-2 online course to the field level.
2. Instruct the Mandal Education Officers), Cluster Headmasters and Primary School Headmasters to ensure that all Secondary Grade Teachers who have successfully completed the Gnana Prakash Year-1 Certificate Course should complete the Year-2 online modules by 28th of February, 2026.

The content has been designed to strengthen Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) competencies, with special emphasis on play-based pedagogy, inclusive education, classroom organization, parental engagement and digital platforms.

Implementation Instructions:
All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the State are hereby instructed to:1. Disseminate the information about the Gnana Prakash Year-2 online course to the field level.
2. Instruct the Mandal Education Officers), Cluster Headmasters and Primary School Headmasters to ensure that all Secondary Grade Teachers who have successfully completed the Gnana Prakash Year-1 Certificate Course should complete the Year-2 online modules by 28th of February, 2026.
3. Conduct review meetings at district level with all MEOs to monitor:
- Enrollment of eligible teachers
- Completion of Pre-Test, module-wise videos and Post-Test
- Overall progress and completion status on the DIKSHA platform
- Ensure effective monitoring and timely reporting on course consumption for successful implementation of the programme.
