Sub: Festivals - Ramzan Festival - Permission to all Government Employees of Andhra Pradesh belonging to Muslim community including Teachers. Outsourcing and Contract employees, Swarna Gramam /Swarna Wardu to leave Offices / Schools early by an hour before closing time during the period from 18.02.2026 to 19.03.2026 - Accorded.

Government hereby permit all the employees who profess Islam including Teachers and person hired on contract, outsourcing basis and also Swarna Gramam /Swarna Wardu to leave their Offices/ Schools early by an hour before closing time on all working days during the Holy month of "Ramzan" i.e. from 18.02.2026 to 19.03.2026 to perform necessary rituals as per guidelines issued by the concerned authorities, except when their presence is required due to exigencies of service during the above said period.
