విధానం: పంపిణీ సమయంలో ఆధార్ లేదా OTP ఆధారిత ప్రమాణీకరణ (Authentication) తప్పనిసరి. పంపిణీ వివరాలను IMMS యాప్లో అప్డేట్ చేయాలి.

The Government has declared 51 mandals (37 severely affected and 14 moderately affected) as drought-affected during the year 2024–25 (North-East Monsoon/Rabi) and vide reference 4th cited accorded permission for provision of Mid-Day Meals in the form of dry ration to the students of I to IX of Academic year 2024-25 i.e present studying Classes II to X in the Academic year 2025-26
Further, the Government have also accord permission to distribute dry ration to the students covered under drought effected areas vide reference 4th cited.
Accordingly, the following instructions are hereby issued for strict compliance for distribution of dry ration to the students for the classes II to X of 2025-26 covered under drought effected area.
Therefore, the District Educational Officers Ananthapuram, Kurnool, Nandyal, Sri Satya Sai, Kadapa and Prakasam are requested to issue necessary instructions to the MEOs concerned( i.e The Mandals Which are listed in G.O.Ms.No.3, Revenue (Disaster Management) Department, dated 31.03.2025) to ensure proper distribution of dry ration to eligible students in drought-affected areas, strictly adhering to the guidelines and maintaining proper records.
Any deviation in the matter it will be viewed seriously.

24-25 రబీ సీజన్లో కరువు ప్రభావిత ప్రాంతాలుగా ప్రకటించిన మండలాల్లోని విద్యార్థులకు వేసవి సెలవుల్లో డ్రై రేషన్ (Dry Ration) పంపిణీకి సంబంధించిన ఆదేశాలు
జిల్లాల జాబితా: అనంతపురం, కర్నూలు, నంద్యాల, శ్రీ సత్యసాయి, కడప మరియు ప్రకాశం జిల్లాల్లోని ఎంపిక చేసిన మండలాలు.
- లబ్ధిదారులు: 24-25 రబీ సీజన్లో కరువు ప్రభావిత ప్రాంతాలుగా ప్రకటించిన 51 మండలాల్లోని 2024-25 విద్యాసంవత్సరంలో 1 నుండి 9 తరగతులు చదివిన విద్యార్థులు (ప్రస్తుతం 2 నుండి 10 తరగతులు చదువుతున్న వారు).పంపిణీ చేసే వస్తువులు (ఒక్కో విద్యార్థికి):
- బియ్యం: ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల (Primary) విద్యార్థులకు 4 కిలోలు, ఉన్నత పాఠశాల విద్యార్థులకు 6 కిలోలు.
- కోడిగుడ్లు: 35 సంఖ్య.
- చిక్కీ (Chikki): 21 సంఖ్య.

1. Coverage
Students of Classes II to X studying in schools located in notified drought-affected mandals.2. Entitlement
- Rice: 4 kg (Primary) and 6 kg (Upper Primary/High School) per student Eggs: 35 Nos. per student
- Chikki: 21 Nos per student
3. Indents
Indents for Rice, Eggs and Chikki shall be auto-calculated and released along with the March 1st phase indents.4. Instructions to Vendors
- Vendors shall download the indents from their respective supplier login portals along with 1st phase of March month indent
- Ensure timely supply(must be in 1st phase) of Eggs and Chikki as per the indents generated in supplier login.
- Adhere strictly to prescribed quality standards under MDM guidelines.
5. Instructions to District Educational Officers
- Issue necessary instructions to Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs) and Headmasters concerned.
- Ensure proper distribution of dry ration to eligible students duly obtaining Aadhaar authentication/OTP based authentication.
- Provision will be available in IMMS module(HM services) from 1st April onwards.
- School wise distribution shall be updated in IMMS app
- Entire distribution shall be completed by 1st week of April 2026.
- Maintain proper records and registers with regard to Dry ration distribution
- Submit compliance reports to the O/o the Director, MDM without delay.
