Sub: School Education - MDM & SS - Monitoring of Mid-Day Meals - Updation of feedback by teachers in LEAP App - Certain instructions - Issued - Reg. 

Ref: 

• 1.Surprise visit made by the Hon'ble Minister for IT, Electronics, Human Resources Development (HRD) and Real Time Governance to MPP School, Mylavaram (TR), Devuni Cheruvu, NTR District.
• 2. Video Conference conducted on 17.03.2026 with all DEOS, RJDSES and AD (Schemes).

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the Government is giving high priority to effective implementation and monitoring of the Dokka Seethamma Madhyahna Badi Bhojanam (Mid-Day Meal Scheme). Nearly 32 lakhs children are getting benefited across the state.

In this regard, and in view of the instructions issued by the Hon'ble Minister during the surprise visit and subsequent review meetings by authorities, the following instructions are hereby issued for strict compliance:

• 1. The Head Master shall nominate a teacher to taste the Mid-Day Meal compulsorily before serving to students.
• 2. The nominated teacher shall submit daily feedback in the LEAP App without fail.
• 3. Parents shall be encouraged to submit feedback on Mid-Day Meals regularly.
• 4. Weekly review shall be conducted on Positive Public Perception (PPP) i.e. IVRS feedback with with MEOS and Dy.EOS and necessary corrective measures shall be taken.
• 5. Ensure timely supply of commodities such as eggs, chikki, and rice. Headmasters shall confirm receipt on the same day of delivery without fail.
• 6. District PMU shall closely monitor phase-wise receipt confirmation of all commodities. i.e. egg, Chikki and rice.
• 7. Ensure that Cook-cum-Helpers remain in schools until completion of meals by all students.

Further, a user manual for Head masters on feedback updation in the LEAP App is enclosed herewith.

Hence, all DEOs are requested to issue necessary instructions to all field functionaries and ensure strict compliance. Any deviation will be viewed seriously.

మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకం - ముఖ్యమైన సూచనలు

• రుచి చూడటం తప్పనిసరి: విద్యార్థులకు భోజనం వడ్డించే ముందు, హెడ్ మాస్టర్ నామినేట్ చేసిన ఒక ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ఖచ్చితంగా భోజనాన్ని రుచి చూడాలి.

• LEAP యాప్‌లో ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్: నామినేట్ చేయబడిన ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ప్రతిరోజూ తప్పనిసరిగా LEAP App లో భోజనానికి సంబంధించిన ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్‌ను అప్‌లోడ్ చేయాలి.

• తల్లిదండ్రుల భాగస్వామ్యం: మధ్యాహ్న భోజనంపై క్రమం తప్పకుండా ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్ ఇచ్చేలా తల్లిదండ్రులను ప్రోత్సహించాలి.

• వారపు సమీక్ష: ప్రజల అభిప్రాయం (Positive Public Perception) మరియు IVRS ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్ ఆధారంగా ప్రతి వారం MEOలు మరియు Dy.EOలతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించి, అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.

• సరుకుల పంపిణీ: కోడిగుడ్లు, చిక్కి మరియు బియ్యం సకాలంలో సరఫరా అయ్యేలా చూడాలి. సరుకులు అందిన రోజే హెడ్ మాస్టర్లు రసీదును ధృవీకరించాలి (Confirm receipt).

• నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ: జిల్లా PMU విభాగం వారు సరుకుల పంపిణీ మరియు రసీదుల ధృవీకరణను నిశితంగా పర్యవేక్షించాలి.

• వంట సహాయకులు: విద్యార్థులందరూ భోజనం పూర్తి చేసే వరకు వంటవారు (Cook-cum-Helpers) పాఠశాలలోనే ఉండాలి.
