The status for checking the AP CFMS Bill Status [Salary Bill] is explained below. Employees/ Pensioners can check their Bill Status using their CFMS/ NIDHI Bill Id.

Check your AP CFMS (Andhra Pradesh Comprehensive Financial Management System) bill status online in just a few minutes. The CFMS Salary Bill can be checked in two ways. One is without Login and Other is With Login. Both the Links and process is explained below.

How to Check CFMS Bill Status Check With CFMS Login

This method requires CFMS Login. For Checking the Bill Status with Login, we must have our CFMS ID and Password.

There are 3 steps to be followed for obtaining the Salary Bill Status. 

• First Visit the CFMS Portal - Link Click Here
• Click on Login and Enter Your CFMS Id and Password
• After successful Login Now let us move to New Tab in Browser
• Now Open NIDHI APP or Browser and Obtain your CFMS Bill Id for the Month
• Finally Visit the CFMS Bill Status Check Link - Click Here
• Enter the Year 2026 [The first four digits of the Bill Id] in the first box and remaining digits in the second box
• Click the Enter Button in the Key Board
• The system process and Your Salary Bill details and Status can be seen on the Screen
• In the Beneficiary Details, the BILL Payment Status can be seen.

Understanding CFMS Bill Status

Once you view the status of your bill, it will typically show as one of the following:

• Waiting for Fund Clearance: The Bill has been passed and Waiting for Funds for further process. It is the general initial status.
• The Bill is under process with E Kuber: This is the second stage of Bill movement. The Bill has been pushed to RBI Ekuber.
• Under Process with Batch Number XXXX: This is the Final stage of the Bill. The Bill is ready to be credited in Accounts.
• Payment Success: The Bill amount has been credited in Accounts.
• Pending: The bill is still being processed at the treasury level.
• Passed: The bill has been successfully verified and is ready for payment.
• Returned: Sent back to you or the DDO for corrections or missing documents.
• Rejected: The bill did not clear verification.
• Payment Released: The funds have been cleared and credited to the linked bank account.
