ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the Project Approval Board 2026-27 by the Ministry of Education, Samagra Shiksha A.P has approved the Cluster Resource Centre (CRC) Grants under Academic support through CRC in Andhra Pradesh.
The Cluster grant is primarily sanctioned for smooth conduct of cluster meetings and to meet the expenditure incurred during the conduct of cluster meetings for 2809 "A" clusters @Rs.65,000/- per Cluster Resource Centres for smooth conduct of the Cluster meetings during the A.Y. 2026-27 as mentioned below.

Government Sanction & Budget Releases
In the reference 2nd read above, the GoI has released an amount of Rs.475,08,85,000/- (Rupees Four Hundred Seventy Five Crores Eight Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand Only) to the state in the form of Mother Sanction during the Financial Year 2026-27.
In the reference 3rd read above, Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued BRO for an amount of Rs.5,55,27,30,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Fifty Five Crores Twenty Seven Lakhs Thirty Thousand Only) for the year 2026-27 under General Revenue Head of Account is 2202-02-113-27-47-310-312.
In the reference 4th read above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.717,91,35,667/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Seventeen Crores Ninety One Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Seven Only) from the BE provision 2026-27 for the purpose of towards 1st instalment under Samagra Shiksha for implementation of activities related to Elementary Education, Secondary Education and Teacher Education as per activities approved in PAB for the F.Y. 2026-27.
Accordingly, Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.1825.85 Lakhs to the 26 District Educational Officers concerned towards CRC Grants for the Academic Year 2026-27 for release the same to the clusters in their districts for smooth conduct of the Cluster meetings during the A.Y. 2026-27 to the SCO code (Sub Controlling Officer code) through SNA-SPARSH and details are as submitted below.

The Chief Accounts Officer of this office is hereby directed to disburse the above amount through SNA-SPARSH to the concerned 26 District Educational Officers to the SCO code (Sub Controlling Officer code) amount mentioned against their respective district.
The expenditure shall be met from the budget provision exists under:
