In pursuance of the orders issued in the references read above, the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P, Hyderabad hereby accords sanction for release of an amount of Rs.61,95,43,000/- (Rupees Sixty one crores ninety five lakhs and forty three thousand only) as shown in the Annexure to District Educational Officers towards payment of salaries to the staff working in the Non-Government Primary Schools in the state for 2nd quarter of the Financial year 2013-14.
The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and all the District Treasury Officers in the state are requested to admit the claims preferred by the District Educational Officers concerned to the extent of Budget now released on receipt of authorization issued by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad.
The above expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account :
