Circular Memo No 32708-A/333/A2/SMPC.II/2013 Dated:28-12-2013 Clarification of Doubts of DDOs on CFMS Online Data Entry and Instructions to DDOs on CFMS DATA Entry. Employees No Need to Apply for Health Cards in EHF Website separately. Govt has ordered through GO.334 to Enter the Employees Data for Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) in the Portal fdp.cgg.gov.in. After Once the DDOs started Collecting the Data from their Employees in the given Forms at fdp.cgg.gov.in to enter the DATA Online they have experienced Problems in Online Data Entry, and reported Finance Dept about the Issues. Hence Govt have issued certain clarifications and Instructions to DDOs. And accordingly issued the Revised Schedule
- a) Initial Log in by the DDO and entry of office details, subordinate offices details and the higher office details and distribution of forms to the employees shall be completed by 31st December, 2013.
- b) The employees should submit the filled in forms on or before 4th January, 2014.
- c) Scrutiny and verification of the information with the Service Register and other records and authentication of the forms, uploading of data entry and supply of printouts to the individual employees for verification and confirmation has to be completed on or before 10th January, 2014.
- d) Correction of errors if any, and obtaining final approval of the individual and final submission of data entered shall be completed by 18th January, 2014

National ICT Awards to School Teachers 2014 for using ICT for Innovations in Education
National ICT Awards to School Teachers 2014. The MHRD Ministry invites nominations for National ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Awards to School Teachers for implementation of ICT (in AP known as ICT@5000) in Schools for “Using ICT for Innovations in Education”. In all 87 ICT awards are instituted by Govt. of India for different States/UTs and Autonomous Bodies/ organizations under MHRD. The Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Schools have been revised and a new component on National Award for Teachers for use of ICT in Education has been introduced. Each entry from the State/UT must include individual applications (as per the Proforma attached) of teacher nominated along with necessary documents and evidence. The last date for forwarding of short listed candidates along with minutes of the selection committee by State Govt./UTs/Autonomous Organisation to the Joint Director, CIET-NCERT, New Delhi-110016 is 31st July, 2014.

appointment of VRAs/VROs in all the districts of Andhra Pradesh. As per the schedule VRO/VRA Notification will be issued on December, 28.The Notification will consists of 1675 VRO posts and 4305 VRA posts as notified in the GO.323 dated 4.12.13. The examination will be conducted, simultaneously in all parts of the state. The selection will be purely based on the merit and reservation norms.
The online applications will be accepted till January 15 and the hall tickets can be downloaded from January, 19. The examination will be conducted on February, 2 and the results will be declared on February, 20.

AP Open School Society has conducted SSC and Intermediate Exams during May 2013 Summer Vacationtos from 25th April 2012 to 5th May 2012 . Teachers and Non Teaching Staff were drafted as Invigilators and Other Duties. The Director of APOSS informed all DEOs to Preserve Earned Leaves to these teachers as per the rules.

dated 10.12.13 Exemption to Strike Period worked Teachers to attend on Compensatory Working Days (Sundays, Second Saturdays etc.,) ie., to the Teachers who have not participated in Samaikhya Andhra Strike. As per these Orders, DSE has informed DEOs to take the "Issue of participating in Strike" Case wise (as all the Teachers have not gone into Strike on the Same day and Some have not participated) and sort out duly taking into consideration of factual position.
We know that, It was already decided vide Rc.31/E1 on 19th Oct that the Teachers participated in Strike will Compensate the Strike Period Days in Sundays, Second Saturdays and Pongal Holidays and Salaries were paid to the Teachers participated in Samaikhya Andhra Strike as per GO.67 dated 14.11.13. Almost all the Major Teachers Unions have appealed that some Teachers had not participated in Strike and requested DSE to give exemption to the Teachers on attending on these compensatory Days.

GO.No.331 Dated 11.12.13 and GO.343 Dated 17.12.13 Deduction of Premium (Contribution) for Employee Health Cards from Salaries/Pensions from January 2014 Salaries payable in February 2014 as per the Eligible Slab Rates at Rs.90 or Rs.120. Employees’ Health Scheme (EHS) – Recovery of contribution from the Salaries/Pensions and depositing the amount with Government contribution in the Public Accounts. Slab Rates are Rs.90/- per month (for Slab A consisting of employees with Pay Grades
from I to IV and Slab B consisting of employees with Pay Grades from V
to XVII). Rs.120/- per month (for Slab C consisting of employees with Pay Grades from XVIII to XXXII).

Rc.900 Supply of Summative-II Question Papers to Schools by DCEBs. It was earlier ordered that Summative-II Exams in Coasta, Raayalaseema Region will be conducted from 7th -12th Jan 2014 in view of the Compensated Working Holidays.
